Listen. Around here, we believe in stories.

And THIS is one heck of a story.

Forty-four years.

A whole city believing.

A team that just kept fighting.

Sometimes nothing has changed yet.

The pressure is still there.
The questions are still there.
You are still waiting on God to do the thing you desperately need Him to do.

And yet, somehow, you start noticing Him.

In the smallest things.

The smile that catches you off guard.
The beauty of creation.
The warmth of the sun.
A moment of peace you cannot explain.

And something inside you says:

I see You, God.

That does not mean the season suddenly became easy. It means the difficulty no longer gets to be the only thing you can see.

And when we asked, What might God say back?, we went to the promises of His Word.

“Fear not, for I am with you… I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you.” — Isaiah 41:10 NKJV

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 NKJV

“No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.” — Psalm 84:11 NKJV

Maybe the rescue has not arrived yet.

But God has not left.

And sometimes hope begins to return when you realize He has been giving you little reminders of His presence all along.

Save this prayer for a hard day. And send it to someone who needs to be reminded: God is still here.

What does resilience look like when you are tired?

Not the polished kind. Not the version where you have all the answers and everything is going well.

The kind where life has pressed you, confused you, exhausted you, and somehow you are still here.

In Part 1 of this four-part reading, author Natasha Pierre shares from Day 17 of As I Fix My Crown: I Am Resilient.

And Sister Queen, maybe that is the reminder you need today.

Resilience does not mean nothing gets to you. It does not mean you never feel overwhelmed. Sometimes resilience is recognizing that what tried to knock you down did not get the final word.

“We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed.” — 2 Corinthians 4:8–9 NKJV

You can be tired and still resilient.

You can be perplexed and still held.

You can have been through something and still become everything God says you are.

Women, sometimes the hardest thing to believe is not that God loves people.

It is believing that God loves you.

Not the cleaned-up version of you.
Not the version that finally gets everything right.
Not the woman you think you should have been by now.

You.

In this message, Rossie Manka reminds women that experiencing God’s unconditional love begins with understanding that His love is not something we earn through performance.

It is who He is.

And when rejection, disappointment, mistakes, or painful experiences have distorted the way you see yourself, the love of God has a way of bringing you back to the truth of who you are in Christ.

“For I am persuaded that neither death nor life… nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” — Romans 8:38–39 NKJV

Nothing in your story has made you unlovable to God.

Let Him love you.

Sometimes life feels so heavy that all you can say is:

God, I cannot do this another day. Help me.

You are tired. Confused. Disappointed. Hurt. And trying to understand why everything feels like it is hitting at once.

But God does not meet that prayer with rejection.

He meets it with presence.

He says:

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28 NKJV

“Fear not, for I am with you… I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you.”
— Isaiah 41:10 NKJV

“We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed… perplexed, but not in despair.”
— 2 Corinthians 4:8 NKJV

“Cast your burden on the LORD, And He shall sustain you.”
— Psalm 55:22 NKJV

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you.”
— John 14:27 NKJV

You may not have the answers today.

But you do have a God who is still present, still helping, still strengthening, and still holding you.

Let that be enough for this moment.

Sometimes the hardest part is realizing you are back in a place you thought you had already moved past.

Same pattern.
Same response.
Same cycle.

And you are wondering, Lord, how am I here again?

Your repeated struggle does not mean God has abandoned you.

He is still present.
Still speaking.

This prayer is for those days.

When life feels heavy, when your thoughts are difficult to quiet, and when you need God’s peace more than another opinion, come back to Him.

Because he trusts in You.”

15 tricep dips.

Because apparently @crystalpritchard1 read “Arise” and said, “Say less.” 😂

But I actually love the message in this.

In Ezra 10, the people were facing something that required action. No more sitting in it. No more talking around it. There came a moment when somebody simply had to get up, take courage and DO what needed to be done.

And sometimes we need that reminder too.

That thing you know you need to start?
That step you’ve been putting off?
That thing God has already been talking to you about?

Arise.

Take courage.

Do it.
