Today, I want to wish a very Happy Birthday to a truly special person. ❤️ Michael, you are one of the reasons Paragon exists today and continues to have the chance to help people and make a difference in this world. You believed in me when I needed someone to believe in me. You gave me my work visa, trusted my vision, and, together with your family, helped raise the money that allowed us to open the doors of Paragon. I will never forget what you and your family have done for me. Your kindness, trust, and generosity changed my life and helped make a dream become a reality. There are some things in life that you simply can’t repay — you can only carry the gratitude in your heart forever. Much ❤️ and forever thankful to you and your beautiful family. Please, if you ❤️ Paragon. Help me to wish a Happy Birthday to Michael! 🎂 leave him a word in the comments. @michael_florimbi by @paragonbjj

Belt promotion 🩶 🖤 A new belt just means a harder grind. Who I was a year ago is definitely not who I am today! I’m excited to see where the future takes me. Thanks to my coach @phillipmaguilar, my Dad @the_warrior_juarez @chokehold_athletics and my teammates at @theeyriejj for pushing me past my comfort zone - we’re just getting started 😈 by @paragonbjj

To the PARAGON UNION!! For several decades Paragon Jiu-Jitsu has been a rock solid home for many generations of Jiu-Jitsu athletes; who first stepped on the mats with Professor Ricardo Franjinha Miller . Today hundreds of coaches and thousands of athletes around the world birthed at Paragon; are leading in their own ways. For me, I'm in my 9th year, purple belt, 19 competitions, and only beginning to understand the sport; owning my Jiu-Jitsu. I'm beyond grateful for the lessons learned on the mats with exceptional people. One thing is certain; "the best is yet to come" and I have way too many people to list. Thank you all. #paragonbjj #jiujitsulife #jiujitsuparents #jiujitsuway #jiujitsumusic taken in Santa Barbara, California by @paragonbjj
