I do a lot of crazy shit . However, one thing I’ll never do , is forget where I came from and who helped me when everyone else gave up on me I was 16 with no hope and dreams for a good life . I was abandoned and ignored by the ppl who should have loved me Then I met the oldman and he told me that I could do what he does . At that moment I knew I had a purpose and reason to live It wasn’t even the jiu jitsu as much as it was the brotherhood , and trust Under his wing for the rest of my life @paragonbjj

Oss Talking about Jamelão is easy for me, an intense, very loving, very emotional, very talented guy. He is still undoubtedly the guy who has done the most for Jiu-Jitsu in Espírito Santo, and that's a fact. It's no coincidence that the Rio de Janeiro native from CDC spent most of his life and legacy in Espírito Santo. He formed an army of champions and excellent teachers who are now spread around the world. He fought and beat the best of his time who have already retired, but he, he fights to this day. Of all the great masters and teachers I've had, you are the one I call Master. Loyal friend and true brother, we love you, Negão.

Three years ago today I received my FAIXA MARROM in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have been training for 10.5 years now. This art along with Judo and Muay Thai have down so much for me mentally, physically, and so much more. Thankful for all of my coaches and mentors over this last decade. Thankful I haven’t quit 🤎 #BrazilianJiuJitsu #TheLighthouseAcademy #BrownBelt #ASAPJiuJitsu #WomenWhoTrain
