The world doesn’t care about your excuses.

It responds to action.

Every athlete in this photo has faced challenges most people will never understand. Yet here they are. Training. Learning. Improving.

Not because it’s easy.
Because the goal matters.

If you’re an adaptive athlete and you want to test yourself, represent your country, and compete on the world stage, your journey starts with one decision.

Show up.

DM for info on the next session.

No excuses. Just showing up.

Some days the body shakes, some days the mind does too… but the mats don’t care — they just reward those who turn up anyway. Disability isn’t a limitation, it’s part of the story. Mental health isn’t a weakness, it’s something we fight for every day.

A great squad session today. We keep building. We keep pushing. We keep showing up. 🥋💪
