Make an ordinary moment
feel special🤩💫

This morning, while my daughter was getting dressed, I put on a silly song and started handing her clothes while dancing.

She laughed.
Then she started dancing with me.

It was nothing.
Just a regular morning moment.

But somehow, it became magical. 💗

Sometimes our kids don’t need a big plan or a perfect day.

They just need a little moment of connection.

Turn the music on🎼🎤🎸
Be silly🤪
Dance for 30 seconds💃🏼🕺🏻

✨ Tiny moments can change the WHOLE DAY✅

Do you ever ask your child to do something nicely…

then you ask again…

and again…

and by the fifth time, you’re yelling?

And then you feel guilty because you didn’t want to be that mom.

Here’s the thing: the problem isn’t that you need more patience.

Sometimes, you just need a different way to set the limit.

That’s exactly what I want to teach you here.

✨ A new chapter begins ✨

I’m so proud and excited to share that I’m officially starting my journey as a Trainer with Jai Institute for Parenting. 💛

Parenting coaching has become such an important part of who I am and the work I want to bring into the world. Helping parents build deeper connections with their children, understand what’s behind their behavior, and feel more confident in their parenting is something I truly love.

Here’s to continuing to learn, grow, and help more families along the way. ✨

So excited for what’s ahead! 💛

Less complaining.
More gratitude. 🤍

Sometimes peace doesn’t come from changing everything around us…
It comes from changing what we focus on.

Gratitude shifts the energy in a home.
Kids feel it. Parents feel it. Everyone breathes differently.

This week, try replacing:
“I have to…”
with
“I get to…”

Small shift. Big impact. ✨

New Ballet Institute school year season 2025-2026 officially opens! by @parentingwithyou

Opened up my packet for my Grand Opening and found this little Post-it on top:
“Ariela is amazing.”
It made my day. 🥹

I had referred my wife—who’s an incredible coach—to a coworker, and after just their second session, she felt compelled to write this.

I’m not surprised… but I am so proud. @parentingwithyou really is amazing. The impact she has on people’s lives is real, and it fills my heart to see others experiencing it too. 💛

Running with my kids is not just exercise… it’s connection.
These are the moments that matter.
The ones that build memories, trust, and love.
As a parenting coach, I always say: it’s not about how much time we spend, but how present we are in it.
💛 Don’t let these moments slip by.

Want to build this kind of connection with your kids?
💌 Send me a DM — I’ll help you make it happen.
