PARSONS X LFEVENTS TAKE OVER ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

From October 22 to November 15 we’re taking over the kitchen at @parsonsbrewing while they do a little Reno , and we’re cooking everything over open flame. No gas, no shortcuts. Just wood, embers, smoke and the best of what the County is giving us right now.

Please give a big, warm County welcome to @cheftomelette aka Chef Tom Wade. Tom is a seriously talented chef and a great human, and I’m so excited to have him by the fire with me this season. Come say hi as he will be rocking the Asado

All we’ll say is: think the best of the County fall flavours!

Something exciting is happening at Parsons!

Starting October 16, we’re giving our kitchen a little love with a renovation that will take a few weeks.

But don’t worry — we’re staying open throughout with the exception of October 18–21, when we’ll be closed for renovations. We’ll reopen October 22!

While our kitchen gets its makeover, we’re thrilled to welcome Chef Charlotte Langley, who will be taking over our Asado Pit with a delicious menu. We are leaning into fire cooking.

Same great beer, same welcoming space, and a little something new and exciting on the menu.

Katie & Gabriel’s beautiful celebration at Parsons Brewing in PEC🤍

A day that felt effortlessly elegant, light, and full of movement; from the soft, flowing details to a celebration filled with so much joy. More than anything, it was beautiful to watch two families come together so seamlessly, blending their lives and having an incredible amount of fun while doing it.

We are closed this week Monday to Wednesday to allow for some well deserved R&R for our incredible team.

SUNSET ASADO EXPERIENCE 🔥

Every Friday & Saturday in September, join us fireside at the brewery for dinner cooked over the open flame.

Gather around the fire, grab a beer, and settle in for an evening of live-fire cooking and good food.

We will be pouring your favourite beer, and a carefully selection of local wines, ciders and non alcoholic beverages.

We brew this beauty annually to suit the warm days and cool evenings of this time of year. The taste and texture of dried fruit - apricots & figs - feature strongly through a malty backbone and distinct fruity esters from @escarpmentlabs French Saison yeast, topped by a super dry finish. by @parsonsbrewing
