A little Sneak Peak of our menu @parsonsbrewing

With any great and delicious collab you have to trial the menu so we fired up the Asado and shared a family meal with the crew for feedback, overall experience and flavour combos 10/10

PARSONS X LFEVENTS TAKE OVER ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

From October 22 to November 15 we’re taking over the kitchen at @parsonsbrewing while they do a little Reno , and we’re cooking everything over open flame. No gas, no shortcuts. Just wood, embers, smoke and the best of what the County is giving us right now.

Please give a big, warm County welcome to @cheftomelette aka Chef Tom Wade. Tom is a seriously talented chef and a great human, and I’m so excited to have him by the fire with me this season. Come say hi as he will be rocking the Asado

The menu???
All we’ll say is: think the best of the County fall flavours!
Golden hour, crackling fire, cold Parsons pints. This is how we want to spend the fall and we want to see you there!

Tables are going to go fast. Book your reservation today through the link in bio or on the Parsons website.

Oh and you know! We are going to rock a delish countylicious menu too!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Old Milford House is literally made for gatherings. And we are so happy to have had the chance to share it with so many lovely guests.

It’s a vacation home where adults can linger, kids can explore and everyone can take part in making memorable moments with friends and family they love to hang out with.

The fall is by far our favourite season here. It just shines. So bring out the turtle necks and the red wine and just hang out…maybe toss the football around or swing on the tire swing. Either way come out to visit Old Milford House and stay here when you’re visiting PEC.

How to spend 2 nights in PEC with little ones 📍

Day 1: Pumpkin picking, a (quick) tasting at @normanhardiewinery, then we checked into @claramountclub and had an early dinner at @theroyalhotelpicton.

Day 2: Coffee at @beaconbikebrew, then we let the kids run wild at @wildlingsplaycafe. The sensory garden at @base31pec was a total hit. We had an afternoon beer at @parsonsbrewing and dinner at @sujeo_koreanrestaurant.

Day 3: A slow last morning at @drakedevonshire.

I tell my patients to rest all the time. This weekend I actually listened to my own advice 🌿

And it’s only a couple of hours from Toronto, which with toddlers is everything.

Save or send this to a parent who needs a weekend away 🤍
