POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

These Stray Dogs release shows were basically comedy shows with a few songs here and there, and I absolutely loved it! Here's a (not so little) compilation of a few of my favourite moments that I caught on video during the gigs in Middlesbrough and the two Kingston shows. There were so many more moments that I didn't catch but enjoyed thoroughly!

Thanks to the amazing crowds asking the nicest and funniest questions! I recorded quite a lot of the Q&A parts. So if you got the chance to ask a question at the Middlesbroug, London or Norwich gig, I might've recorded it! So feel free to reach out!

Lastly, thanks to @nothingbutthieves for making these shows tons of fun and incredibly impressive acoustically!! Cried, laughed, jumped with the best pack. Although, I must admit I missed my fav rhythm section. Can't wait for the next year, but please don't leave @priceplaysdrums and @philblake at home that time around!

Anyone up for matching Pink Man tattoos?

Thanks @nbtstreetteam for ruining my brain for the past week with this entity. He has corrupted the creative part of my brain

Stray Dogs is an absolutely amazing album. Listening all the way through a couple of times when making this was a perfect rollercoaster of emotions. I fell in love with @nothingbutthieves when I heard them live and got swept up in the energy and emotions of the crowd. Sobbing to Impossible and moshing during Amsterdam. In my opinion, this album captures that amazing rollercoaster perfectly. I'll just be sobbing to If You Don't Have Someone To Love and moshing during American Confidence!

All while absolutely showing off what they can do in different genres. Dom's production is on another level. The capabilities of Conor's voice keep astonishing me. Joe's lyrics are satisfying as always, at times hitting you right in the heart. The instrumentals are 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 soo layered, incredibly clean and on point. And i know for sure the guys will make all the songs sound even better live!

:: STOP CRYING YOUR HEART OUT ::

This cover is really something else. Perfect for these stripped back shows. and gives Conor the opportunity to show off his voice, while Dom and Joe can show off how amazingly clean and tight they can play. All i can say is BOSH 🔥

On September 23th @nothingbutthieves played Six Billion for the first time in 10 years, emotionally damaging the majority of their audience at The Empire in Middlesbrough.

It suited the stripped back vibe so we'll and I'm so glad they decided to keep it on the setlist for the other stripped back shows. I promised some friends to record it for them, but I panicked a bit and recorded horizontally and vertically so sorry for the choppy camera work. I was also just in a damn trance by hearing this live. What a song, what a voice, what a band.

In honour of the new album dropping this week, I wanted to post a little throwback to the insane Stray Dogs gig at @thinktankncl . Driving straight from seeing them on the big stage at BBC Big Weekend, to the divebar in the city centre of Newcastle. I made this collage right when I got home but never posted it, so I guess now is the time!

Hopefully they keep up with these small gigs and many more people get to experience these kinds of shows because they are truly something else!

Decided to add back some colour into my posts, and what model to try that on as Phillip Pit Blake ✨

Excited to be able to share some new stickers at shows in the coming weeks! Wasn't expecting any until January, and here I am picking up paper scraps and cursing at the Cricut interface. Very excited nonetheless!!!
