🐶 Stray Dogs @nothingbutthieves
(2026.09.25 - 10.03)

As NBT announced the new album ‘Stray Dogs’, I visited UK just to celebrate their album release as a fan. (this is the first time to meet the band and international fans btw)

I would like to share the experiences, fan arts I’ve made, and The Pack, the adorable NBT community that I have met along the way… from the album release day (09/25) until the gig in my hometown Korea (10/3) 🌟

As a complete stranger, I was really afraid at first whether I could meet bands and fans for the first time in my life and be part of them. (and I was so shy af 🥲) However, NBT community is truly a warm and wonderful treasure and thanks to lovely fans, I was so lucky to have fun in all of the gigs and events of the band!

I want to thank this band for showing love through these gigs and making this wholesome community. Also, shoutout to everyone who enjoyed the gig with me 😘

Short but inspiring and happy memories and friendship that we shared will remain forever in my heart, and I promise I keep sending love through more artworks!

I’m so grateful to join and be part of the Pack 💗

Essex alternative rock band @nothingbutthieves take over the @bbcradio1 Live Lounge to deliver an unexpected cover rendition of @beyonce’s 2003 hit track ‘Crazy In Love’, putting their own spin on the Queen B classic with a performance that swaps the original’s explosive energy with a much more intimate and emotionally charged take

Driven by haunting, melancholic heavy guitars and evocative vocal melodies, Nothing But Thieves take the song to a much darker place, bringing a new sense of tension and vulnerability to the track through brooding arrangements, raw textures and the unmistakable rock edge that has come to define their sound

After sharing a string of singles from the project earlier in the year, Nothing But Thieves recently released their fifth studio album ‘Stray Dogs’ last month. The record, which debuted at No. 3 on the UK Official Albums Chart, opens up a new chapter for the band as they continue to push the boundaries in modern alternative rock

Nothing But Thieves are currently in the middle of an Outstore Tour run celebrating their new album with stripped-back performances and special Q&As for fans across the UK. They’ve also announced ‘The Stray Dogs Tour’ for Europe and North America kicking off in Paris in January, with dates for South America and Australia to be announced soon. See you there!

A lot of mad stuff happened during my recent trip through the UK to go see NBT perform at BBC Big Weekend in Newcastle...but one of the nicer experiences involved a pit stop in sunny Southend-On-Sea after the video shoot the day before!! ✨

In London, I was able to gift Joe a sticker of this little doodle I did a while ago but never finished, so I decided now is the perfect opportunity to post it!! 😭💕

It was kind of weird walking through Southend and Leigh and seeing all these different places that have been featured in videos and stories throughout Nothing But Thieves' and Man-Made Sunshine history. 🥹

Had a pint at Chinnerys, enjoyed a walk on the beach to collect some sea glass. I think I will miss this place, it definitely isn't a shithole 💖🌞

Hopelijk volgend jaar weer :-)
4. Snow Patrol! Heel tof en goed
5. Vergeet-me-nietjes in de tuin vind ik mooi
6. Jandy Nelson was in Nederland, nu heb ik 3 gesigneerde favoriete boeken. Bijkomende herinnering is de moerasthee toch @fbontheread?
7. Vuurtoren van Texel, ja mooi toch!
8. Thuis
9. Leesvakantie was fijn, goed, lekker warm
16. Mijn bandje Kensington is terug!!
19. That’s good content: bedankt voor het compliment hè

1 ding is dus zeker: K3!
