I wish I could bottle up the breakthroughs we had at our retreat this past week.

For 3 days, we gathered with powerhouse women business owners to step away from the day-to-day hustle and create space to zoom out, go deeper, and reconnect with the why behind their growth.

The year we hit our biggest revenue… almost broke me. 😮‍💨

On paper, everything looked perfect:

→ Biggest launches ever
→ Highest revenue months
→ Largest team yet

But behind the scenes?

I was barely sleeping.
I wasn’t creating.
And I didn’t feel free anymore.

Somewhere along the way, I replaced freedom + fulfillment with one word: MORE.
More revenue. More offers. More clients. More everything.

But here’s the truth: the goalpost for “more” never stops moving — and the cost is usually your time, joy, and health.

So I hit pause and redefined success.
