We are over the moon to announce that our beautiful bar has been awarded the status of 2 Pins from @thepinnacleguide

For those unfamiliar, this is similar to the Michelin rating for restaurants and we join a very select few globally with this status.

Birmingham, we love championing you.

A further shoutout to our besties @couchstirchleyb30 who join us being the first ever bars to go from 1 to 2 Pin status.

OUR CHAMP RETURNS

He’s only gone and done it again to become the first EVER two time GB World Class Champion. This is a competition that is known as the highest achievent in the bartending world.

This incredible placing is something we would love to celebrate alongside you lovely lot with! He’s back in our lovely red apron all through the weekend and would love to feel the warmth from our wonderful city!

PLUS, WE’RE GOING TO BE RUNNING A SPECIAL ONE OFF SUNDAY MENU OF HIS WINNING DRINKS.

PANDA x LYANESS

Boy oh boy are we excited for this one. We have the pleasure of hosting not only the legends behind THE WORLDS BEST MENU but also THE FIRST EVER 3 pin bar in the world.

Teaming up with our friends over @hendricks we have so many offerings for the night:
• Panda & Sons creations upstairs
• ⁠Lyaness Party Downstairs (DJ included)
• ⁠Collaboration serves in the lab (by appointment only!)

Plus, did we mention the sorbet cart?

86 BIG CHARLO

Sad day for the PF Family as we prepare to say farewell to our bar dad Charlie.

Big Char has been with us even before day one. He was actually the first person to ever teach our @matt_bhx how to make a drink around 10 years ago.

He has seen us through our good old days at Digbeth and we’ve been lucky enough to have him for the first 6 months of 2.0

But all good things must come to an end and he’s off for the biggest shift of his life.

We can’t tell you how excited we are for him.

Charlie’s last day is this Friday. Please come and see him this coming week and reminisce on some PF memories.
