A friend messaged me the other day about her side hustle. She’s building something she genuinely cares about but feels like she’s making it up as she goes.

No real structure. No proper client journey. Just doing the work when the work shows up.

And honestly? So many of us start businesses that way. There’s nothing wrong with it. But at some point it stops working.

So we talked through where she actually is right now, and I walked her through the two ways I usually support founders at that stage.

The first is my Operational Audit and Strategy Roadmap. It’s a full look at your business, the tools you’re using, the way you deliver, everything. You come out of it with a clear roadmap of what to fix first, second, third. It’s the right starting point when you know something needs to change but you’re not sure where to begin.

The second is the CEO Intensive. It’s more focused. If you already know what the problem is (your offers, your onboarding, your capacity), we get in the room and work through that one thing together. Quick, sharp, clarifying.

Something that took me a while to name out loud.
Your operations ARE your reputation.
Your clients might never use that word. They won’t sit around saying “her SOPs are undocumented” or “her CRM isn’t set up properly.”

But they’ll feel every gap.
And when they describe you to someone else the way you show up operationally is exactly what they’ll say.
“She was disorganised.”

How I actually work with founders.
There’s a reason I don’t hand every client the same template.

My job isn’t to tell you how to run your business.
My job is to listen properly to how you want it to feel, how you want your clients to experience you, and what YOU need to actually feel free in the work you’re doing.
Then I bring my expertise to make it happen.

The AI conversation nobody’s having properly.

Because everyone’s teaching you how to use ChatGPT or Claude to write captions which is fine, but it’s the surface.

The real magic is when AI runs on your business your client data, your voice, your processes, your patterns.
