This European trip is more than speaking at conferences and vacation. It is a celebration of God’s faithfulness and Tiffany’s victory over cancer.

From Dublin, London to Nice, Monaco, and Florence, every picture is a reminder that God can bring you through life’s hardest seasons into joy, healing, and new beginnings.

Thank you to everyone who prayed, encouraged us, and believed with us. We are grateful beyond words and celebrating every moment.

Grateful to the American Bar Association Section of Litigation for the invitation to speak in Boston two weeks ago on Attorney Wellness and Grief.

It was an honor to engage with such an outstanding community of legal professionals on a topic that is often overlooked but deeply needed.

Grief does not disqualify us from purpose, but it does require care, compassion, and community. The truth I shared then, and still stand on now, is this:

Grief recovery is possible. Healing is real. And no one has to walk that journey alone.

I’m excited to be speaking next week at the Men’s Conference hosted by The Ark of Safety Christian Church in Bowie, Maryland.

The theme is “Under Construction: Men Feeling, Healing, and Growing.” This conference is about creating space for men to have honest conversations, find healing, and grow spiritually and emotionally.

Too many men carry pain silently. Spaces like this allow men to build brotherhood, strengthen their faith, and continue becoming the men God has called them to be.

I’m grateful for the invitation and looking forward to a powerful time together.

This week in Chicago was holy ground.
I am grateful for every moment.

At the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Conference, my spirit was renewed.
I was reminded that the work of justice is sacred work.
It belongs to God.

I had the honor of paying my respects to Jesse Jackson.
I was blessed to meet Jacqueline Jackson and the Jackson family.
Their faith and legacy still speak.

Sharing space with Mayor Brandon Johnson, Rev. Al Sharpton, and Bro. Bobby Rush reminded me that God is still calling leaders for this hour.
Reconnecting with my Morehouse brothers Lamont Wells, Fred Sullivan, and Lamell McMorris reminded me that brotherhood is also ministry.

I return to Howard University School of Divinity encouraged and committed.
We are called to form leaders who pray boldly.
Who preach truth.
Who love justice.
Who walk humbly with God.

Thank you Dr. Brian E. Smith for making this sacred opportunity possible.
The legacy lives.
The call continues.
And by God’s grace, so will we. by @pastorericb
