It's been a pleasure to have Dave's support in the evolution of an idea that had its inception at our first trip to Superbooth in Berlin Last year. It took just under a year, a handful of iterations, some hard conversations, frantic preparations and some turbocharged learning, but we made it. Check out this deep dive by @davemechlive to learn more, and if you're at ADE this year, we're holding a Dave Mech Workshop on Thursday at the GearLab with the area.6. More to come on that! taken in Scorrier, Cornwall, United Kingdom by @patdj.de

After the Clipper from @jico_international arrived last week, I finally got around to testing it thoroughly, and the sound quality is truly impressive. The video and photos give you a glimpse of this extraordinary piece of design and audio art.

It delivers an incredibly lively, clear, and powerful sound with beautifully articulated mid and high frequencies.

Inspired by the iconic Pan Am Clipper airplanes, its striking, swept-back finger lift acts as a functional visual anchor that resembles a vertical tail stabilizer. The handmade, factory-integrated, one-piece body flows effortlessly into the SME connector, offering a sleek, glossy black look.

I’ll be recording my next show on @brooklynradio — which is coming out Monday 7th September — using the Clipper.
Look forward to the result; this time, too, there will be two fantastic guests again — one from Japan and one from Italy.

Much love to JICO for sending the Clipper and for expanding my high-quality product family — one you can always rely on.

Some DJs play records. Others tell stories.

Fresh from Panorama Bar, Berghain, Mary Gehnyei stopped by Backline Pro DJ in Barcelona to spend some time with the Union Audio elara.6 and Technics.

Whether she’s weaving deep house, techno or soulful grooves, Mary’s sets are defined by intuition, elegance and an unmistakable connection to the music. Every transition feels considered, every record has a purpose, and the result is a journey that’s uniquely her own.

It’s a privilege to have artists like Mary choosing to play on Union Audio.
