life is simple, yet in its simplicity, so profound

what is, is, what was, was, and what will, be will be

each moment is its own, and in this moment, is where we choose to be

our creations are like the fruits from this tree we call life
so to make more fruit, is what we’re here to do by @pathwalkerflows

Flow Star Foundations Workshop at Friends Club this year

Amazing photos from @oak.nectar & @benjamin.blix ✨📸

Was a pleasure getting the opportunity to come out and bring this offering to the festival…

What a special festival, built on good friends, intention, connection, and high vibrations.🦋

This one was a pretty impactful one for me, from liberating experiences, to chats with OG security guards, to many many meaningful connections.🫂

Hope to be back again next time!

If ever in Vancouver, check out @vancouverflowmies page for updates on meetups, workshops, events and all other exciting things :)

What a beautiful weekend, beautiful people, doing amazing things together, some lifelong connections were made, and many good times shared.

Its a long video and tbh I even don’t necessarily like watching long videos of myself flowing, but this one just kept getting better and had me hooked haha

I will say, this one didn’t feel as good as it looks here.. happy with how far i’ve come on my flow journey :))

a good reminder that we will be our own biggest critique, its nice to watch this video and feel good about how it turned out :)

This one felt long, and fast, it was on for longer than the video goes, and I was definitely gassed when I came off.

I come to find that there are different times, music, and moments that call for different styles of spinning, I am working towards really being able to be relaxed as I dance and flow, for the sake of presence, clean movements, here you can see theres some moments where I get caught on my clothing or it gets a bit messy.. As well for the sustainability, if I want to be able to do multiple sets throughout a weekend, its more like a long distance run rather than a sprint, i’ve got to pace myself

thanks @pearlytwirls for taking this video super spontaneously x love ya

as well, thanks to the enliven crew for giving me the opportunity to jump on stage here :) by @pathwalkerflows

Snippet of my morning flow at FriendsClub Festival by @hi.ed.crew this year.

I was reading back through my old journal from the tail end of my australia trip and came across this entry .. thought id share :)

(7/14/2024, just left australia after 2 years, starting my southeast asia journey)

“What am i here to do?

To shine my light and step into my power, To be patient and kind, to raise the vibrations, within & around opening those channels for others, inspiring with life.

Sharing the light within us all, I am here to ride this wave called life and to flow with whatever comes along, adapting, to each moment.

Growing, Changing, embracing the change and the new.

I want to be… and trust my being will ripple and affect those around me in beautiful ways.
•Presence• “

its interesting to reflect on how I resonate with and see this in my life now 2 years later :)

What a season it has been, and what a festival to finish off the marathon. Highly anticipated, and feeling blessed and grateful for the opportunity to share my art and expression on these wicked stages, with such a locked in crew.. its gonna be a special one.

Special thanks to @marktoebaert for always producing the sickest content 📸

Nooo Waaayyy
Otherworlds 2026 Moist

Here's some clips for the uber successful Flowstar workshop I had the opportunity of running with @bigtoprouge this year at our Otherworlds, our regional burner event on the island

Thanks to all who came out, everyone put their learning caps on, big smiles and it was overall a great vibe and a pleasure sharing, teaching, and playing with everyone who came :)

Big thanks to a few of my friends who were around to lend a helping hand and share their own two bits and support with those fresh to the flow, @massimoscaramella @max.cale @jazmynmallett @llaurenbarton

To those who attended this or any other flowstar workshop, those hoping to keep learning, or get into it for the first time.
