@wickedwoodsmusicfestival that was nothing short of epic ⚡️🔥

On Friday night @elektriccollective took over @thehallowstage with an aerial, LED and fire display, closing out @its.justjohn’s set through the changeover to @kimatimusic with a finale that felt straight out of a movie. In a serendipitous moment, we were serenaded by an unreleased collaboration between both artists - a soundtrack that felt written for the moment. There’s no feeling quite like being on stage surrounded by some of your dearest friends and creative partners, feeling the heat of the flames on your face while locked together in flow state.

Three years ago I had a distinct vision of what I wanted to bring to this stage, and I’ve spent the years since developing the skills, experience, and resources to execute it. Just moments before, in the backstage chaos, I questioned how on earth I’d convinced so many people to believe in the insanity required to bring something like this to life - and I’m still in awe of how it all came together. With this many moving parts, none of it would’ve been possible without every single dedicated team member (12 of us on and off stage) bringing their best and stepping up. It’s inspiring what can be accomplished when you surround yourself with the right people, trust their abilities, and give them ownership of their work. I’m so, so proud of this team, and I can’t wait to do it again.

Apparently, roughly ~45% of healthy young men are above the healthy average (I think this is very generous, when I look around I do not see 1 out of 2 men that look like they have healthy testosterone levels)

How to know if you have low testosterone?
- Low sex drive, fewer/weaker erections
- Fatigue, low motivation, “flat” mood
- Loss of muscle, easier fat gain (especially belly)
- Brain fog, poor concentration
- Depression/irritability
- Reduced body/facial hair
- Poor sleep

Why Eat the Raw Golden Gains?
- Cholesterol → raw material for testosterone synthesis
- Vitamin D → hormone-like, supports Leydig cell function
- Zinc → key cofactor in T production
- Healthy fats → steroid hormones need fat, not a low-fat diet
- B vitamins → fuel adrenal/hormone pathways

Inside our platform we put attention on testosterone levels!

Curious? DM me “test” and I’ll tell ya more about what we do!

#menswork #menscommunity #menscoach

@laguz_lykamo has been dedicated to his art in the Dámèn dojo and the art studio for the last 10 weeks. As Artist in Residence he has created dozens of works celebrating his fauns and fairies, bringing the fae to life through his inspired imagination. Many pieces have already sold, but there are many more that have yet to even be seen. Join us September 18th Friday at 7pm for a vernissage exhibiting the Garden of Hedonia. We will have delicious food and refreshments free of charge and @pathwalkerflows and friends will be performing fire dancing at 8pm. We have a few more surprises for you to discover in the garden. See you there. This event is free of charge. All of @laguz_lykamo works and reproductions will be available for purchase. 4187 west 10th Ave.

Come enjoy an evening of fairies, fauns, pucks, and changelings, brought to life through the imagination of Laguz Lykamo.

Born in Costa Rica, Laguz has devoted his artistic practice to painting and an enduring fascination with the human form. His work explores magic, nature, eroticism, and humanity’s place within the mystical and unseen worlds that surround us. His art has taken him around the globe, most notably through the Free Art Project, which he established in London.

For the past three months, Laguz has immersed himself in the world of the Fae Folk, passionately creating this new body of work in the studio. Working in watercolor, paper, acrylic, canvas and colored pencil, he brings a fluidity and playfulness to figures that feel at once sensual, strange, familiar, and otherworldly.

Laguz’s work inhabits the space between visionary art, mythological surrealism, and contemporary figurative fantasy. Drawing upon fae, animal, and archetypal imagery, his practice explores transformation, embodiment, sensuality, and our relationship with the natural and unseen. Richly symbolic and imaginative, his work invites us into a realm where the human, mythical, and primordial converge.

Come join us as we celebrate this great body of work in a vernissage for the Garden of Hedonia by @laguz_lykamo

this week will live with me forever

I can't thank everyone enough for the outpour of love, generosity and kind words.

as we watched the sun rise we were met with so much appreciation for one another.

holding each other with such gratitude for the relationships we made and the times we shared.

thinking back to it now still gets me extremely emotional.

this place is my home and as much as I can't believe it's over, I'm already thinking about what next year has to offer.

thank you @shambhala_mf

home forever
