I have a LOT to thank my parents for, but if there is one I can say stands out, is introducing my to nature and it’s wonders at a a young age. Had my first surgery ever yesterday, had to remove a small piece of bone that had been fractured this past baseball season. It went really well and I feel good and am staying positive. This is another step in my journey to greatness, a speedbump that will not become a roadblock. On a side note for you baseball players out there using a bat with a normal knob should do some research on this injury. It's called the "hook of the hamate" fracture and it happens all the time to ballplayers and is totally avoidable. by @patortizperformance
