All athletes obviously want to master the skill of playing their sport. But what will take an athlete’s skill to the next level? Their engine, aka their speed and power. An athlete’s engine is the main thing that will create separation in competition!

Our program revolves around 3 focuses: acceleration, max velocity, and change of direction work.

Athletes can expect the same flow of events for each session they come in for, with each session having a different focus.

We recommend athletes train with us 2-3 times per week. Athletes that train with us at that volume generally see a 2 inch increase on their vertical jump and can run 1mph faster within 90 days!

It’s a vibe every Friday at 3:45 and 5 PM at Chelsea Park. Come outside with us while the weather is still nice to see how many MPH you can run. Our Friday classes are specifically focused on max velocity, which is vital to EVERY sport. The higher your speed ceiling is, the easier you’ll be able to sustain the demands of your competitions.

Who’s coming out with us tomorrow??
