Very sad to hear the news of the passing of Walt Parazaider, the saxophonist and founding member of the legendary rock band, Chicago. He helped create their iconic sound blending rock, jazz, latin and blues. Those beautiful horn parts are etched in my mind. He contributed to a stunning catalogue of musical treasures and memories for all of us. I had the good fortune of seeing him perform many times with Chicago through the years. In addition to his tremendous playing, I was always struck by the joy and warmth with which he played. An incredible performer. Thanks for all the beautiful music, Walt and for all the wonderful memories. Rest well, sir.

Just in time for International Jazz Day. From our show last week at @carouselshows @aguacalientecasinos What a night. Tony’s playing on this tune was magical. The Rodgers and Hart classic, Where or When. It’s such an honor and thrill to play with such incredible musicians and be a small part of this timeless music and community. It really is a family.
Thank you to all the amazing musicians, the club owners and bookers, and all of you who continue to show up and support this amazing music.

Four voices, one stage, and a promise of a perfect ten. “Cuatro” brings together a powerhouse lineup that bridges the gap between Philippine pop and American jazz. Led by the legendary Djhoanna Garcia (Giji Kocher), this show features the captivating Maricar Cabasag, the smooth baritone of Patrick Barnitt, and the musical storytelling of Val Villar. From “Tawag ng Tanghalan” standouts to Hollywood jazz regulars, this is the kind of vocal mastery you rarely see in one room.

Watch them live on Friday, March 6, at the Royal Palace Glendale for a night of soaring harmonies and top-notch entertainment. Your ticket covers a full dinner and an open bar from 7 PM to 10 PM, so you can sit back and enjoy the music in style. For ticket reservation, please call (818) 585-6790 or (818) 426-4534.
