This was my first single you ever saw me do and now I'm doing it for 3. Life moves on and now I'm creating a whole new world for myself I love the people around me and I'm learning so much. Thank you, this set truly felt like my final goodbye I already had closure but this song wouldn't leave me alone now I can finally say it does.

Heartbreak is real but let it break you so you can build yourself back up again. It's not over till the bell rings and by the time that happens to you; your kids will be burying you 6ft under so make the difference NOW!

Age Divisional Nationals 2026 was an amazing display of strength across all categories! With @lynnpietig Placing 2nd in the 63s & hitting a national squat record in the M3 category, @funsize.powerlifter placed 1st in the 63s also with a national squat record in the M1 category. We also witnessed @unemployedlifter hit a total PR, pushing him further into the 500s.

Brilliant performance from the team overall, huge congratulations!

@n.manders @alfred.reformance Thank you both for another amazing prep although coming into this meet my shoulder wasn't at 100% @orthostrength.pt made sure I was atleast ready for the platform. Excited for Bench Nationals come January.

@ngyntony couldn't have asked for a better handler/bnb partner till next age division where we get to do this again :)

I still don't know how I made weight but after sweating and spitting for 4 hours before weigh ins i weighed in 59.25. At that moment I really thought it was cooked but with some wardrobe changes (weighed in naked) made 59.00. PS: sorry Alfred. Granted the adjustments will be made seems like going from 64-59 in two weeks is a little too steep for me. by @patsdevine
