I came this weekend to speak and share, but I’m heading home just as grateful for everything I received.

Time with some of my favorite people on the planet. Conversations that filled my cup. New ideas, new inspiration, a lot of laughter, and a reminder I needed.

There is so much happening in the world right now that can make it easy to focus on what’s broken, divided, or heavy.

And then you spend a few days surrounded by really good humans who care deeply about making a difference, and you remember how much good is happening, too.

People are creating it. Giving their time and energy to it. Showing up for each other and for something bigger than themselves.

I’m heading home with a very full heart, and a renewed belief that there are a lot of good people doing a lot of good things in this world.❤️ by @pattyaubery

A weekend with some pretty incredible trainers, great conversations, a lot of laughter, and a reminder of something I’ve believed for a very long time:

The work matters.
But the people you get to do it with matter even more.

After nearly 40 years in the self-help world, I still love being in a room with people who are willing to learn, grow, challenge themselves and then go out and make a difference for someone else.

Maybe that’s the Self-Help Insider in me. 😉

Grateful for this crew. Grateful for the work. And really grateful that I still get excited about what’s next.

Наш ум. Наше мышление. То, что мы позволяем себе думать, смотреть, слушать, впитывать.

Вы когда-нибудь замечали, как легко впустить в голову чужие страхи, сомнения, ограничения?

Кто-то сказал, что сейчас не время для нового дела - и вы уже колеблетесь.

Кто-то посетовал на нестабильность - и ваша уверенность тает.

Новости, которые не дают вам ничего, кроме тревоги, - они тоже здесь.

Это не про то, чтобы закрыться от мира, а про то, чтобы стать избирательным.

Ваш ум - самое ценное пространство, которое у вас есть.

The life you want is often waiting on the other side of the thing you’re avoiding.

One of my favorite moments from my recent 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀™ conversation with @pattyaubery was her reminder that:

“𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲.”

We spend so much time waiting to feel confident, certain, or prepared before taking the next step. Yet most of life’s meaningful opportunities don’t arrive after we’re ready. They are what make us ready.

Patty shared how some of the most difficult seasons of her life ultimately led her to step into a bigger version of herself. What looked like disruption at the time became the foundation for growth, purpose, and impact.

I’ve found the same to be true in my own life. Progress is not always about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s about trusting the next step before you can see the entire path.

If something is calling you forward right now, perhaps the question isn’t whether you’re ready.

Perhaps the question is whether you’re willing to begin.
