POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Yesterday afternoon, I sat down with an inventor introduced to me by @pattyaubery who built Chicken Soup for the Soul into the first publisher to reach a $billion in sales.

This inventor is bringing a preventive botanical alternative to market, facing the exact 1% percent odds I faced starting EarthKind. When I started, our botanical repellent was $12.50 while poisons were $3.50 on the shelf. People often wonder how we grew that quiet idea into over 450 million in retail sales.

Some look at a finished harvest, and search for a shortcut. My mentor John Maxwell said it plainly: you cannot do the do until you have done the did. Without doing the did, what you get is a pile of do-do💩.

18 years of farming, and starting 9 business taught me that the fruit is never waiting at a shortcut. The fruit is the journey itself.

When humans demand convenience without responsibility, harm enters and right relationship breaks. We saw it in ancient Rome, and we see it today with monarch butterflies and native bees when chemical shortcuts can displace natural balance.

This 🔥Fire It Friday, I am firing the shortcut trap where the envy looks for an easy button. Real peace comes from doing the quiet work right in front of us.

What is one faithful step in your own journey you are choosing to honor today?

Adaptability is going to be the key as we go through this huge super intelligence transition. As we go forward, i will be unpacking what the opportunities could be and how important it will be to stay optimistic. Amazing things are coming in healthcare, tech and more, so let’s stay focused on what’s possible rather than on Doomerism! @moonshots_pod @tonyrobbins @alexwissnergross @peterdiamandis @salimismailexo @brendonburchard @pattyaubery @jackcanfield_official @cbsnews

Another milestone. Another layer of impact. ✨

I’m excited to be officially certified as a Success Principles Certified Trainer by the Canfield Training Group.

The certification journey, from completing the training and competency examination to adopting the Canfield Code of Ethics, was both enriching and rewarding.

As a social entrepreneur and identity based image consultant, my work is rooted in baseline transformation: helping people align who they are with how they live, lead, and create impact.

Now, I have even more tools to bring to that work.

More learning. More capacity. Greater impact.

What’s stopping you? What would you do if you weren’t afraid? Write it down. You’re 42% more likely to manifest it just by doing that one act. That percentage increases to 76% when you tell someone and visualize it. You get to choose. Your friends already know you. Social is for the people who don’t, but need you. Post the dream, say the thing, help the one who’s waiting. Drop a heart if you’re posting anyway.

Thank you for an unforgettable long weekend at the Success Principles Leadership Council. @rickylockemagic @jackcanfield_official @theselfhelpgrandma @thepositivemom @maggiesullivanfromtheheart @jas.drai @jilleggebraaten

Apparently, the woman who spends her life filling everyone else’s cup needed to get in a room that reminded her to fill her own. 💜

And holy cuss words … what a weekend.

The Success Principles Leadership Council Founding Members Meeting was exactly what I didn’t know I needed.

I spend so much of my life serving.

Coaching, Mentoring, Creating courses, digital products, and books that help people live better lives.

Helping my clients untangle the complicated and build businesses that give them more freedom and flexibility.

And I LOVE it.

I love my work. I love my clients. I love what I get to create.

But sometimes, when you’re always the one pouring into everyone else, you forget how powerful it is to recharge.

Walking into this room felt like coming home.

The laughter. The conversations. The hugs. The friendships I’ve deepened. The new friendships I’ve created.

The kind of room where you can be fully yourself, dream bigger, think differently, and remember so much MORE is possible.

I left this weekend feeling ELATED about the future.

About the council.

About the collaborations.

About the growth.

About the friendships that are just beginning.

And I left with some reminders I needed to hear:

✨ There is never just one way to do something.

✨ You will always go further together.

✨ You never know unless you ask.

✨ Dimming your light does not make things better for anyone.

And that last one?

That one kicked me in the pants.

Because how many of us are teaching other people to shine brighter while silently holding back parts of ourselves?

Your ideas. Your opinions. Your gifts. Your way of doing things.

The world needs more of you and your special ingredients.

Not a watered-down version of you.

YOU.

So here’s the question I’m taking with me:

Where am I still holding back?

Where am I not fully showing up?

And maybe that’s the question for you, too.

If we only had this moment…

What would make it count for you?

I’m ready to shine a whole lot brighter.

And I am SO excited about what’s next. 💜

I came this weekend to speak and share, but I’m heading home just as grateful for everything I received.

Time with some of my favorite people on the planet. Conversations that filled my cup. New ideas, new inspiration, a lot of laughter, and a reminder I needed.

There is so much happening in the world right now that can make it easy to focus on what’s broken, divided, or heavy.

And then you spend a few days surrounded by really good humans who care deeply about making a difference, and you remember how much good is happening, too.

People are creating it. Giving their time and energy to it. Showing up for each other and for something bigger than themselves.

I’m heading home with a very full heart, and a renewed belief that there are a lot of good people doing a lot of good things in this world.❤️

You will be successful if… You do the work.

I spent this weekend with Jack Canfield and the Canfield Leadership Council, and that message kept coming back to me. Success isn’t one big moment or the perfect strategy. It’s the daily commitments done with discipline, especially on the days when you don’t feel like doing them. But what if “the work” isn’t just doing more?

If you’re feeling stuck in your business, it’s easy to think you need another strategy, another course, another answer. What if you came at the solution to your problem not just from your head, but also your heart? Maybe some of the work is unpacking the bags you’ve been carrying, the guilt, comparison or fear. The stories about why you can’t have what you really want. It’s time to unpack those bags. You’re not going on that guilt trip anymore!

Be curious. Expect magic, especially during the challenges. Choose gratitude, happiness, peace, contentment and joy while you’re building, not just when you finally “make it.”
And ask a different question. Instead of only asking, “What do I need to DO to become successful?” ask, “Who do I need to BECOME?” Because this is the work.

Becoming the version of you who can create, receive and HOLD the abundance you keep saying you want. Identity before achievement.

This Wednesday I’m teaching my FREE masterclass, How to Attract Clients & Become a Six-Figure Coach. If you’re a coach who knows you’re meant for more but you’re feeling stuck trying to attract clients and create consistent revenue, come join me. We’re going to talk about what it really takes to build toward six figures, including the work behind the strategy. Comment SIX FIGURES and I’ll send you the details.

What would your future look like if you stopped asking only, “What should I do next?” and started asking, “Who am I becoming?” @jackcanfield_official @theselfhelpgrandma @annmckitrick @thepositivemom @rickylockemagic @jilleggebraaten #daretodeclare #visionboard #thesuccessprinciples #thesecret #manifestation

One of the most powerful lessons I learned from @jackcanfield_official was this:

Take 100% responsibility for your life and your business.

We can’t always control what happens to us, but we can control how we respond.

Our results are shaped by the choices we make every day.

The moment you stop blaming and start taking ownership is the moment everything begins to change.

That’s where real growth begins.

So much of what I do through Unleashed is about helping people recognize the power of their own story.

This time, I’m sharing a piece of mine.

On September 9, I’ll officially become one of 15 inspirational, co-authors of the Gratitude Project published by @katebutlerbooks with a forward by Patty Aubrey @pattyaubery - former President of Chicken Soup for the Soul.

My chapter is personal. And while I’m not ready to tell you everything just yet, writing it made me realize something:

The different chapters of our lives may be far more connected than we think.

Over the next two weeks, I’ll share a little more.

For now…
It’s written. It’s coming. September 9.
