POSTS STORIES REELS

We are all interconnected.

How we show up in our everyday lives affects the larger world around us. When we live with an energy of love and peace, that energy radiates.
It's felt.

And in this way, the microcosm affects the macrocosm.

I believe we are all born with a gift and a divine purpose.

It is up to us to have the courage to receive and nurture this gift and ultimately share it in service to the world.

To receive this gift, we must cultivate stillness within ourselves. It's through the cultivation of this stillness that we can begin to listen to the heart's song. It's through this deep listening that we awaken and how We Rise.

And the world needs your beautifully unique Rise.
We need people who look like You.
Who speak like You.
Who dance like You.
Who sing like You.
Who see like You
Who dream like You.
Who love like You.

So may You have the courage to be all that You came here to be.

And so it is. Aho.

happy anniversary @imaginarylou by @pattylorenarivas

For my birthday this year, @imaginarylou wrote “Chula” on my gift bag. I absolutely love his handwriting and I thought it was the sweetest gesture, so I cut out his handwriting as a little keepsake.

Later, it occurred to me to embroider it onto a T-shirt. Now I get to wear it 🌷💘🦋

A little retrospective from my trip to El Salvador in 2023.
Part of me can’t believe it’s already been three years…
or that this video has been sitting in my drafts for just as long.
I’ve been back to El Salvador since this trip, but this one feels especially precious because my abuelito was still alive and in better health.
Maybe I just miss him a little extra today.
Maybe I’m missing my family and the land a little extra today.
I’m grateful for the land that nurtured my father and holds so much of our family’s history.

Sometimes I wish I could split myself into pieces so I could be in multiple places at once. I would send one part of me to El Salvador and another to Oaxaca.
How special it is to have a heart rooted in different parts of the world. 🤍 by @pattylorenarivas

Pinning my first monarch butterfly 🥹♥️
This butterfly passed naturally & I chose to honor her spirit in this way, as a tribute to her symbolism, beauty and life.
After she passed she I placed on my altar, where sage was burned and cantos were sung in her honor. ♥️#perservedbeauty #natureinart #artofnature #tinysoul #monarchbutterfly #butterflypinning by @pattylorenarivas

A couple of weeks ago, I had the privilege of sitting with and holding space for a beautiful group of women.

My friend Rosio @_caceresrosio invited me into their home, where she’s been generously volunteering her time, offering these women a safe, creative space to heal and express themselves through art forms like crochet and painting.
She shared how deeply connected she feels to this community, because without the support system she had growing up, she could have easily been in their shoes. And honestly, the same goes for me.

There have been many moments on my path where I’ve fallen—and somehow, through sheer miracles, the grace of the Creator, and the love of those around me, I’ve been able to get back up, often without a scratch.

My wish is for everyone in this world to experience that kind of love and support.

This experience was a powerful reminder of why we do this work:
To be a beacon of light for others…especially those still trying to find their way.

And truth be told… aren’t we all still finding our way?
