Happy 70th Birthday Mum 🤍🥹

The life we live today is because of your hard work, sacrifice and teachings. Everything I am I owe to you and Dad. Thank you for your unconditional love, lessons and blessings upon us kids and your grandkids. May the Lord continue to bless us with many more years of memories, joy and eternal happiness 🙏🏼

2024 was special to say the least ✨

So many highlights and lessons along the way. Interstate and overseas trips, new business ventures, plenty of events with unbelievable access through amazing networks, trained the house down with my crew, watched my wahs get pumped every week, my beloved NSW blues winning the origin series, buried some loved ones but made some new friends and family along the way 🫶🏽 What a ride 🎢

This year was about purpose, connection and gratitude. I’m exactly where God wants me to be 🙏🏼

May the new year bring you and your families lots of happiness, good health and everlasting memories.

See you in 2025 🙌🏽

An experience to cherish forever 🇯🇲🫡 I’ve been all around the World and I’ve seen some amazing places, but this one was special, because ticking this off the bucket list also meant honoring my late Brother Junior Pa’u aka RASTA who we lost to cancer in 2004. The biggest Bob Marley fan 🙌🏽 Grateful beyond words. Long live the Legend: Bob Marley 🤍 JA RASTAFARI! 🖤💛💚 taken in Bob Marley's House, Nine Mile, Jamaica by @paul_muliaga

Today was cool! 🧱 small win.. but I’ll take it

Having the ability to move your body is a privilege we often take for granted, going through all the obstacles of my hip injury over the last 8 months, has given me perspective. Just grateful to have a healthy mind and body. Also your surroundings is everything! Having a solid support system and KILLERS around you, can change your trajectory no matter how behind you may think you are.

We ain’t BACK back.. but least we’re in the frame 🖼️

So what’s the MAET RACE workout? 🧏🏻‍♂️

Good question 🧩

Caught up with Marc today to discuss the workout, race format and layout. A few more testing sessions to get through, but it’s definitely getting exciting 💥
