Chapter One Hair Spa X Gloss Boss

Taking inspiration from the Met, catwalk trends and street style, we decided as a team to create something super soft, effortlessly lived-in and slightly undone, a colour that felt natural, wearable and luxurious all at once!

The first step to creating our overall look was a full head of ultra-fine babylight foils combined with softly scattered lowlights throughout to create depth and dimension. We achieved this using Redken Flash Lift Power 9 with 20 volume peroxide, alongside 7N Shades EQ lowlights.

To create that seamless lived-in root effect, we used Redken’s new Shades ALK range in 7GI and 8N with 10 volume peroxide, blending the root down softly to meet our previously lightened ends. Throughout the mid lengths and ends, we used Shades EQ 8GI and 10GI, whilst weaving in additional 8N and 8GI lowlights to maintain a natural warmth and softness throughout the overall look.

We finished up using the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate range for shampooing and conditioning to keep our models hair in the best condition before styling, adding a soft wave to complete our overall look.
