Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or just got here, thank you for following along.

I hope my page pushes you out of your comfort zone.

Maybe you’ll discover somewhere new.
Learn something.
Pick up a camera.
Go to the gym.
Book the trip.
Or say yes to something you’ve been putting off.

I’m going to keep doing what I love, experiencing as much of the world as I can, and creating something meaningful from what I find.

And if something I create gets you to live your life a little more fully, I’ve done my job.

Once your soul grows, it is impossible to shrink back. It is the cost of having lived widely enough to love more than one version of the world.

You leave a piece of yourself in every place that actually gets inside you.

A village, a city, a moment with strangers who felt like family.

And then you go home and home feels slightly off, not because anything changed there but because you did. by @paulrabic

The energy and kindness from the Egyptian people is unmatched 🇪🇬❤️

Everywhere in the world is dangerous and everywhere has scammers. I have been completely taken back by the hospitality here. It has been nothing by smiles followed by “welcome to Egypt!”

The ones who have never been usually have the most to say so don’t let someone else’s fear become your reality.

And anytime I post something kind about Egypt, I receive dozens of messages and comments saying something along the lines of “but you aren’t a solo female”… I know I’m not and I can only share my own personal experiences.

The unfortunate reality of the world is that everywhere you solo travel, you have to be smart. Egypt is no different.

Nothing but good vibes in Cairo.

Wow. Egypt has exceeded my expectations so far.

The people, the food, the history, and all of the adventures.

There is so much more to Egypt than the pyramids, but most of these photos were taken in Cairo, and a few from Luxor.

Cairo is pure chaos. Loud. Busy. Fast.

Creatively, it’s one of the most stimulating cities I’ve ever stepped foot in. Getting lost in the streets, eating with strangers who speak zero English, climbing thousand-year-old mosque towers for sunset and that was all in less than 24 hours.

Before coming here, I kept hearing that you should get out of Cairo as soon as possible.

I disagree.

Give it a couple days and get lost in the sauce.

The Ala Kol YouTube video is live! 🏔️

No porters carrying the gear. No cook waiting at camp with dinner. Just me and eight strangers who turned into friends.

This was the highlight of Kyrgyzstan for me and I’m grateful for the people I shared it with.

Believe it or not there are so many moments I don’t capture that will forever live rent free in my head

Snow capped mountains, endless valleys, turquoise blue lakes, wild horses, yurts, canyons, and untouched landscapes in every direction continuously take my breath away.

But honestly, it’s not just the scenery. It’s the feeling of being somewhere that still feels raw, wild, and genuinely different.

This is Kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬

Highly recommend before tourism completely takes off even more here.
