Well it has been a day!! We arrived ruffled, sweaty and a little bit sleep deprived. Have gotten completely turned around and lost already with our luggage in hand and we can 100% confirm that the cobblestones and hills of Lisbon are no joke!!! It is so beautiful though and warm and the people so lovely!! We are staying in a building that is 800 years old and used to be a convent. It is all so amazing!! by @paulyge

Have I introduced you to Grace yet?? Sadly our beautiful Bella died last May leaving a huge empty space in our far too quiet home. Summer was busy so i was ok. Once September arrived i knew i was ready to go find a kitty to bring home. Maddy, Bailey and i went to the pet store and found this lovely girl sound asleep in her kennel, seemed not a care in the world! But truth is she desperately needed a home. At age 2 she had been rescued, fostered, had looked after at least 1 litter of kittens and she had been living in the pet store for over 3 weeks when we met her! She has been with us for almost 4 months now. I hate to brag that she is perfect but she kind of is!! The sweetest, gentlest, cuddliest, most content kitty i have had. Meet Grace, aka Mama Grace, Gracie!!

Note to self: pick up some bear spray before next ride!!! Had a cougar walk across our path and back about 20 feet ahead of us 😫🥺. We then had no choice but to go past where it crossed!! Good way to get our heart rates up and a speedy ride home!!! by @paulyge
