Lately, I've been more keen to try and lose my fear of making desserts. Lately is a word loosely used. (It's been awhile) Hehe! Today I made brown sugar and cinnamon bars for which there is no photo, maybe tomorrow. But I've been doing a lotta burnt basque cheesecakes at work. This one has un chispi de parm cheese in it. El punto es, que le estoy cogiendo un amor cabrón y más importante, perdiendo el miedito a la repostería. Siii, estoy tarde pero que se joda.
