From an empty room with just keys in my hands.. to a wall full of colors and a room full of people who came to create.

This space started as a blank canvas literally. I painted every line of that mandala myself, not knowing if anyone would ever walk in and pick up a brush next to me. Then they did.

Watching strangers go quiet, focus and lose themselves in creating art reminds me why I started this. Art isn’t about talent, it’s about giving yourself permission to slow down and just be… no perfection, no pressure.

If you have been telling yourself “I am not creative enough” that’s exactly why this is for you.

My next workshops for September are now open for bookings. Check the link in the bio.

This is what mandala workshop in Aberdeen looks like. Focus hands, quiet minds one pattern at a time.

No two mandalas turned out the same. And that’s the whole point. A session of pure screen free focus and everyone left a little calmer than they came in.

If it brings you joy, it’s never a waste of time, energy, money or effort. Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is exactly this - slow down and make something with your hands.

There is something quietly meditative about working with clay. The feel of it softening under your fingers the patience it asks for the way each imperfect petal adds to the beauty of the whole. And a beautiful flower sculpture comes alive.

Slow down and shape something beautiful with your hands. In this workshop you will craft your own air-dry clay flower, petal by petal as a gentle grounding practice that brings you fully into present.

Come join me on Saturday 29th August
2:30pm to 4:30pm

Some moments feel too big for words. Today, I held the keys to my studio for the first time — and stood in this empty room, imagining everything it’s about to become. Payal’s Art Expression is coming to life one step at a time. 🗝️✨More to come very soon….

The journey of an artwork from idea to the result is artist trying to express his feelings bring the piece to life. Imagining its place in and space to bring beauty peace and calm to the interior it’s in.
