Ep7 - I want a Mortgage, why do I need Protection?

Watch the full conversation here 👉 https://lnkd.in/ekcPnvW7

Owning a home through a mortgage is a major financial achievement if done correctly and at the right time. But what about protection? How often do people take out life insurance?

Money can’t cure illness but it can be used to receive quality treatment and care in the event of very ill health. (It's sad but unfortunately, sometimes life happens).

Living Resilient celebrates Onyi Ibeke 🙌 🙌 🎊. Onyinye is a Financial Planning Manager with previous experience as a Mortgage and Protection Broker. https://www.linkedin.com/in/onyi-ibeke-50620a2b/

Resilience Nuggets

✨Don’t wait for life to happen (e.g. when you are ill) to get life insurance.

✨Be financially prepared and get the whole picture before you get a mortgage.

✨You may not always be able to control what comes in (income) but you are more in control of what goes out (expenditure). Reduce your expenditure to increase your ability to afford.
