If you want to go far, go together.

Bodybuilding is an individual sport, but nobody at FBF does it alone. When one of us steps on stage, the rest of us are right there with them.

That’s how we go through every single show, together as a team and a family. 💙

Something I take away from Saturday is the amount of love and support from the people I have in my life. We all felt this loss. You know who you are. Thank you for being by my side 🖤 #jb by @pb.editorial

My first Olympia all thanks to JB.

Thank you Jay for giving me the opportunity to step into rooms I never thought I would be able to. Thank you for letting me follow you through 3 shows this season. Thank you for trusting me every step of the way. And most of all thank you for having my back even when it’s tough, especially when it’s tough. Not sure what the future holds just yet but I’ll be right behind ya boss, just please hold the elevator for me from now on 🙌 by @pb.editorial

There was a time when stepping on the Olympia stage was a dream. ⁣
⁣
Then the dream became a goal. The goal became reality. And somehow, year after year, this stage became apart of my story. ⁣
⁣
Yesterday was my last check in for the Olympia. ⁣
⁣
It’s hard to put into words what this means. So instead, I’m just going to take it all in. ⁣
⁣
#7 on stage tomorrow. ⁣
Here comes the Finale. ⁣

48 HOURS OUT.

My final Olympia.

It’s hard to put into words what this year has meant to me. So much history, so many memories, and one last time to step on the stage that we work so hard for all year.
