POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Things got a little heated in the Conference Room . 💪🏼 Yesterday we sat down to review the first round of Fit Model Academy applications. It started as a professional meeting. It ended with @jamidebernard and @jayybrannon_ifbbpro arm wrestling over who gets each athlete. (We’re still waiting on the rematch.) To everyone who’s applied so far, thank you for putting yourselves out there and sharing your stories. We’re blown away by every one of you. We read them all, and we felt it. Applications are open through October 31st, so get yours in before the next round of arm wrestling. 💙 APPLY NOW 👇🏼

Pull up a seat. We’re taking you behind the curtain. 🎬 From the first training sessions in Scottsdale to show day in Vegas, we filmed the whole journey: the hard days, the nerves, the wins, and the team cheering each other on every step of the way. We can’t wait to share it with you. Intro 1 of 3: full series starting on YouTube next week. 💙 #FitBodyFusion #TeamFitBodyFusion #OlympiaPrep #behindthescenes

There is something so powerful about becoming a version of yourself you’ve never met before. Give yourself permission to grow, change, and discover what truly makes you happy. Stop measuring your journey against someone else’s. Your path, your timing, your struggles and your victories are uniquely yours. What matters is that you continue moving forward. ✨ Posing Bikini by @toxicangelzbikinis 💙

I’ve been trying to find the words to share with you how I am feeling post Olympia. Every time I try to write something, it feels like words can’t express the emotions accurately. ⁣ ⁣ Simply, I am absolutely devastated. To give so much of yourself to something and not reach your goal is heart breaking. To be 1 spot away is even harder to swallow.⁣ ⁣ However, I know that this is going to be apart of my story. I may not have the answer to the “why” yet, but when I do, I will have gratitude for this experience. ⁣ ⁣ At minimum, I know I will be able to help support women who will walk behind me on the same path. ⁣ ⁣ I am retired from competing. Nothing has changed for me. ⁣ ⁣ While I might be ending without reaching all of my goals, it still does not take away the accolades over the last 6 years. ⁣ ⁣ 11th in the world is still amazing, and I know I have accomplished what some athletes only dream off. ⁣ ⁣ I am in the process of this transition. Each day that goes by, I am feeling better and excited about the future and what’s to come. ⁣I’m not even close to being done yet - in terms of making an impact on the industry. @fitbodyfusion and my #teamjayy girls have my full attention. And you guys know when I get focused on something, there’s no stopping me. ⁣ Stay tuned 🫶 #JB

Some of the best comebacks start with stepping away. 💙 A few years off stage → 6th at the Olympia → back-to-back wins and a ticket to the 2027 Olympia. 🔥 #FitBodyFusion #TeamFitBodyFusion

Prep files ✨🔥 📁 The craziest part about bodybuilding is that your best physique doesn’t always mean you’re at your best mentally. And sometimes you don’t even realize it until you’re on the other side of it. #thatsbodybuilding
