Thousands of clients. Every level. One result.

From first-time gym-goers to Olympians, we’ve helped athletes and everyday people get back to training instead of sitting on the sidelines.

Our physios aren’t generalists. They’re strength and sport specialists who understand what it actually takes to keep training through injury.

And every client goes through the same proven framework:

The PB Physio Rehab System
1️⃣ Mobility : restore the range you’ve lost
2️⃣ Control : rebuild movement quality and stability
3️⃣ Strength : load it back up, properly
4️⃣ Performance : return to sport stronger than before

No guesswork. No blanket rest. Just a system that’s been proven across thousands of athletes, at every level, including Olympic ones.

Not all physio rehab is created equal. 👀

If your goal is to get back to lifting heavy or playing sport, your rehab should go beyond just getting you out of pain.

Here are 3 things to look for in a good physio:
✅ They assess the joints above and below your pain
✅ They assess the movements that actually hurt
✅ They prescribe exercises that prepare you for your sport or training

Good rehab doesn’t just reduce pain it helps you get back to performing.

Shoulders constantly getting irritated when you train?

Your upper back could be one piece you’re overlooking.

Good shoulder function relies on thoracic mobility, rotation and shoulder blade control not just rows, presses and rotator cuff work.

Train the whole system, not just where it hurts.

A painful lower back doesn’t always need more rest sometimes it needs to gradually learn to handle load again.

Controlled hinges, carries and light deadlifts can help rebuild your strength, confidence and tolerance to movement.

Your back is built to move. Train it to become stronger and more resilient.

Breakthrough Battlegrounds
Standard Local

9/9 lifts
Squat 150kg (+2.5)
Bench 72.5kg (equal PR)
Deadlift 190kg (+10)
Total 412.5kg (+17.5) at 68.8kg

After how my last comp went I had no expectations for this one, and it somehow turned into my best performance so far. Initially this was supposed to be a practice competition to gain more experience, but training was going so well we decided to push for the Nationals QT. Even without a peak I was able to hit the qualifier on my second deadlift, which meant I got to have some fun on my third and send it! Beyond happy to have hit a 190kg deadlift, especially since I hadn’t lifted anything heavier than 172.5kg in training in the lead up. Also very proud to have achieved my first 9/9 comp!

The conditions on the day were definitely challenging. The heat and humidity meant I had to really prioritise staying hydrated and conserving my energy throughout. I think I drank almost 5L in the few hours I was competing! Making weight in the morning was a bit stressful too, as after my last comp I was worried about depleting myself and didn’t quite drop enough weight beforehand. Everything worked out though, and it was another good learning experience. I’m excited to keep training and for what’s to come!

Also forever grateful to have such an amazing and supportive community around me. Couldn’t do it without you guys! ❤️

A huge thank you to my coach @sydneystrengthcoach, @alex.s.fomin for handling me, my physio @powerlifting_physio, and everyone at @alphaathletes_ taken in Breakthrough Fitness by @pbphysio
