A backyard retreat you’ll never want to leave 🛋️✨
At PCF Construction Group, we believe People Come First — and it shows in builds like this one. We didn’t just put up a cover, we helped bring this whole outdoor room to life.
🪑 Plush gray outdoor seating with a swivel chair setup made for lounging and conversation
🔥 A sleek built-in fire pit table as the centerpiece — cozy nights, all season long
🌀 An oversized statement ceiling fan keeping the space comfortable even on warm afternoons
🔴 A radiant heater tucked into the beams for year-round use, rain or shine
🧶 A textured area rug grounding the whole space and making it feel like a true living room, outdoors
🌸 Potted florals and greenery adding pops of color against the warm cedar tones
This is what happens when a crew treats your home like their own project — thoughtful details, quality craftsmanship, and a space built around how you’ll actually use it.

🏡 Built by PCF Construction Group — where People Come First.

FULL DECK TRANSFORMATION 🔥
This long waterfront deck went from a dated wood-railed walkway to a sleek, modern outdoor living space — built by the team at People Come First Construction Group.

🪟 Frameless Glass Railing — Runs the full length of the deck, keeping the water view completely unobstructed.
💡 Integrated LED Lighting — Built into the railing posts for a soft blue glow that makes the deck just as stunning after sunset as it is in the daytime.
🪨 New Tile Decking — Large-format tile replaced the old wood boards for a clean, modern finish underfoot.
🔥 Fire Feature — A built-in fire feature now anchors the space, made for watching the sunset over the water.
At PCF Construction Group, People Come First — this project was built around how this family actually uses their deck, from morning coffee to sunset gatherings. Same incredible view, completely reimagined space to enjoy it from. 👇

Building a Deck & ALMOST Hit a Gas Line! 😱

Watch the full build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=az0qghmwqyY

The frame is up, the decking is down, and we're working on borders, dividers, and stairs. One staircase is in, the landing is set, and footings are dug — but things got spicy when we realized the gas line runs right along the edge of our footing holes. Luckily we missed it. If we had to cut it, the homeowners would've lost propane to their furnace and oven. Big win for them!

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: https://pcfgroup.com/project/multi-level-outdoor-living-transformation-with-deck-patio-cover-in-bothell-wa/

The original outdoor space on this Bothell, WA home was fairly simple: a small second-story wood deck overlooking the backyard with an open patio underneath.
It worked as a basic deck, but it didn’t take full advantage of the home’s outdoor space.

The homeowners wanted to think much bigger.

Rather than simply replacing the existing deck, the plan was to completely rebuild this portion of the home into a multi-level outdoor living environment with a larger deck, a full gabled patio cover above, and a finished dry patio underneath.
