Following a few setbacks from mother nature, the International Disc Golf Center is set to reopen in the fall of 2026 and the PDGA Champions Cup returns home in 2028. 🌿

Led by the work of the @pdga_idgc staff of Nathaniel Samsel and Sid Olcott, the new championship level course was designed by Paul McBeth and incorporates the entirety of the pristine property in Appling, Georgia.

The logging operation has started at the IDGC. The woods look a lot different already! This is a huge step towards getting the facility ready for the future. We will post more pictures and updates when more progress has been made.

The entire IDGC facility will remain closed until further notice. Additionally, the Bartram Trail within Wildwood Park is temporarily closed until the logging is complete. taken in PDGA International Disc Golf Center by @pdga_idgc

A reminder that the IDGC facility is still closed until further notice due to unsafe conditions (no exceptions). The IDGC is currently working with the Army Corps of Engineers and Columbia County on a restoration plan for the property.

Updates will be posted on this page once they are available. taken in International Disc Golf Center by @pdga_idgc

No electricity at the IDGC for the foreseeable future and dangerous/unplayable conditions on the course. Unfortunately, this means that the facility is closed until further notice.

We will be working hard to clean everything up and can't wait to see everyone when once it's safe to re-open! Keep an eye on this page for any additional updates. by @pdga_idgc
