We love you all so much, and making this video is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do in a while. I’ve had so much anxiety in my chest, and my armpits are sweating just thinking about hitting this share button. 😂😅

We don’t take for granted the community we’ve built here and the support you’ve given to Peacefully Rooted. It has been such an honor to support this community, grow, and be a part of so many of your lives.

There’s a quote from Dolly Parton that I’ve been seeing recently that really pulls at my heartstrings:

“Don’t get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life.”

If you know us, you know how much we love to hike, be in the mountains, and spend time in nature. Both of us are from the Northeast, and those things are something we’ve really been missing. We feel like it’s time for us to be closer to family and to make more space for the things we love to do in our everyday lives—not just when we’re on vacation.

This is not an easy decision, and sharing it with all of you is honestly really hard. But we also know that sometimes you have to listen to your heart and make room for a new chapter.

We are so incredibly grateful for all of you and for everything you’ve given us along the way.

This experience is designed to support relaxation and create space for your body and nervous system to soften, release tension, and settle into ease — wherever you’re arriving from that day.

Chaos becomes clarity not through pressure but through presence. Where we pause Lon enough to listen and to feel. From here we can embody our power.

Join us January 31st from 5:30-7:30 where cacao and the circle become the teacher.

With cacao, breath, gentle touch, and presence come together with intention. We will also connect with our inner power and alignment and walk through an exercise creating 13 intentions for the new year to walk through a ritual that leads us into the fire year with true power and embodiment.
