as the seasons turn, join Rachel @resonant.rest and me for an evening of community and self tending. i’ll be sharing some Ayurvedic rituals + tasty treats to support the seasonal shift as well as sleep. Rachel will be offering a deeply restorative sound bath accompanied by reiki. and a community of individuals gathered in a beautifully curated space, that inspires peace and calm, will hold us throughout the evening as we celebrate the arrival of autumn and the inward turning energies.

this class is an opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and simply be supported for a little while.

we’ll move through gentle restorative postures, cooling breathwork, and a guided yoga nidra before sharing tea together afterward.

Freshly postpartum. Breastfeeding. Chasing a toddler. Multiple businesses. A million things to do. It’s way too easy to convince yourself you’ll get around to taking care of yourself later.

This time, I’m making ME a priority.

Even if it’s only 30 minutes of a massage… because baby girl wasn’t having it. 😂

I’ve realized that taking care of myself isn’t selfish. It makes me a better mom, a better wife, and a better business owner/friend/fill in the blank!

I can’t keep pouring into everyone else if I’m running on empty.

So here’s your reminder to book the massage, go on the walk, make the doctor’s appointment, or do whatever fills your cup this week.

You deserve it, too. 🤍

6 weeks postpartum and my first act of self-care was sitting in a salon chair for a few hours. 😂✨

Baby girl came with me, Grandma handled quality control, and Mom left feeling human again. 🤍

An Introvert’s Guide to Sport and Wellness: Surfing is being screened at the Short Film Corner at the Cannes Film Festival this month!

We made this film in one sleep-free weekend in November for the 48 Hour Film Project Yes We Cannes 2025 Competition. If you want to watch it, there is a link in my bio (and it’s only 4 minutes long!) We got to screen it in Lisbon in March, and now we’re taking it down to the French Riviera in two weeks. We are unbeliveably excited, and getting to Cannes comes with significant expenses. There is also a link in my bio for a GoFundMe to help cover travel, lodging, and festival passes so that our team can attend the screening, represent our work, and connect with filmmakers from around the world. Every contribution brings us a step closer to sharing our story on an international stage.
