Good workshop facilitators are HARD to find. Trust me, I’ve heard it countless times.

“I hate when someone just talks at us from a screen.”

“Our last speaker put everyone to sleep.”

If we are not taking care of ourselves in healthy ways we will find it difficult to care for others in healthy ways. What habits and practices have you formed to take good care of yourself? What are you doing to make sure that you are healthy emotionally and physically? Join Prell on Saturday, May 13 via Zoom for an interactive practices-based approach to person-centered wellness and explore answers to these questions. Happy Juneteenth!!!! Juneteenth education is long overdue. It is necessary to acknowledge and validate that the injustices and suffering of BIPOC have gone on (been going on) much longer that most people are aware of.
