Not only that, I'm present in the community. A voice for the voiceless. A fighter for the underprivileged. Not only do I provide supportive counseling, but I'm also the lead MH consultant for a local Head Start agency, the current co-chair for the local Racial Trauma Committee, and an affiliate trainer for a local non-profit teaching others lifestyle wellness management strategies. I've helped numerous agencies and their staff improve their cohesiveness, professionalism, and ability to improve their life/ work balance. And it doesn't stop there, I'm also a dynamic moderator, facilitator, and presenter who's able to deliver and elevate needed discussions for our communities.

It's my pleasure to meet you and after years of working in the shadows, please allow me to reintroduce myself. I'm Mr. Sir...
