Two kitchens, one-night-only.

On Thursday 8 October, Pebble Dining join us at Circl for a one-off collaboration dinner as part of our ongoing collaboration series.

@pebble.dining's Cam Tay and our @elias.salo will cook side by side, bringing Pan-Asian and Scandi together across the evening.

We start with snacks from both chefs, then courses alternate between them. Pebble, Circl, Pebble, Circl.

Cheers to that 🥂

Thank you to everyone who raised a glass with us throughout our Hosted by Avani series in July.

To wrap up the series, we had @wearekerala (@kolkatacricket_club) and @cam_taysty (@pebble.dining ) join us in the kitchen over the past two weeks to finish things off in style.

During this series it was incredibly special to welcome back some of the very first chefs we collaborated with when we began our pop-up events years ago. We’ve loved following their journeys, and it’s been amazing to see so many of them go on to become head chefs or open their own successful restaurants.

Thank you to all of the chefs who shared their talent with us, and to everyone who joined us along the way. Be sure to keep following and supporting these incredible people - we can’t wait for next years series!💛

P.s - big thank you to mum for all the babysitting help to allow us pull all of this together! by @pebble.dining

Closing out our Hosted by Avani series, we’re excited to welcome @cam_taysty from @pebble.dining .

We’ve been out in the garden here at Avani, picking a few native ingredients that will make their way onto Cam’s menu. His dishes bring together bold South East Asian flavours with local produce and ingredients. And of course, we have chosen a few Avani wines to pair.

A few tickets remained for this Sunday 25 & Monday 26 July $95 per person (food only).

Bookings are open now, and this is your last chance to join us. Secure your spot via the link in bio. by @pebble.dining
