Ohh time for a body recomp comparison. Best angle to show off glute gains? NOPE 😂 however I am beyond proud of myself. 15lbs loss in almost 2 years. Idk how many inches. So much self confidence, strength, and learning to LOVE my body.

If I could tell her everything that happens in her future…I wouldn’t do it.

She needed to go thru all of it. The loss of those she thought were friends but weren’t, the times she thought about giving up, the times of self doubt.

If I told her all of those things I wouldn’t be the woman I am, I wouldn’t have the friends I have (who are actual real true good friends), I wouldn’t have competed in Dec 2024 and wouldn’t have gone to Nationals and win my weight class and age group.

I am so proud of her cuz without her I wouldn’t be me. She took the first step. She knew loneliness, depression and sadness…I know true happiness, fulfillment, and joy

Ohhhh San Antonio you have been an absolute dream. It’ll always be a place I hold close to my heart. I’ve made some incredible memories with some incredible people. Ive met people, had some amazing food, won a few medals, set some records and saw some really cool animals. Such a much needed trip and honestly it was perfection.

2026 Powerlifting United National Championship Meet Recap. I went 6/9. Squat and DL attempts were weights I’ve never held in my hands or had on my back. Bench we just need to clean up a little more. Absolutely stoked with how yesterday went.

If you told me a year and a half ago this would be me…I would’ve laughed and had every negative thought run through my head. In December of 2024 I decided to finally take a chance and put myself first. It’s been a wild journey that started with @katyliftz who gave me knowledge and foundation that has allowed me to thrive an entire year later.

I’ve found my gym home at @beaststrongpowerhouse along with my girls. @xxrachelrayxx @ellah.asher @beefygirlsonly @powerliftingtrashpanda @_onlylexski_ @beast.strong.tricia @hubbeliz @manainsidev2 I wouldn’t be where I am without them.

Now I’m getting ready to step up to PLUs National Championship with my coach @vinnyclarin and hubby @eric_backen by my side and ready to make a name for myself. So stoked. LFG. This is just the beginning

I’m just a few weeks he graduates high school. I know it’s cliche but the saying “the days are long and the years are short” are so true. One minute you’re holding their whole body in one arm and fully dependent on you the next they’re taller than you and don’t need you so much anymore.

I love you so much @tombo.2110 and will most definitely be crying and cheering the loudest for you on graduation

Feb vs April. I’m falling in love with bench. It’s always been my vice but I’ve made so much progress on this lift specifically during this prep with @vinnyclarin as my coach. All of my lifts have improved drastically thanks to his programming.

So ready to step on that PLU Nationals stage in just a few weeks.

Joined the chain gang today 🤣🤣 310 plus chains moving like nothin today. 💪🏻💪🏻 Did I even need @xxrachelrayxx spotting or @manainsidev2 making sure depth was good? Always. My hype squad.

Seriously tho this felt so good and im felling really confident for PLU Nats here soon.
