What started off as a simple conversation over lunch with @ninacompton @presleyyall @swissme on our way to @thisisfabchs turns into this amazing dinner series of women supporting women lead by Nina Compton. “Wouldn’t it be amazing to get women in New Orleans together over happy hour?” At the height of this summer slump our dining room was full! Y’all the energy was amazing! Thanks @lrgpastry for the collab, cookies, decorations and awesome playlist. Thank you Ladies for showing up!

@chase presents Southern Living’s Food & Fire welcomes @nikkicabreramills to our FIRE lineup!

Born and raised in Cagayan de Oro in Northern Mindanao, Philippines, Nicole spent time living in both New York and Los Angeles before settling in New Orleans with her husband and son. She joined the opening team at Peche in 2013 and was named Executive Chef in 2019. Since then, Nicole has earned national recognition, including being named one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs in 2024 and a @beardfoundation Award semifinalist for Best Chef: South in 2025. That same year, @pechenola was recognized on the Michelin Guide American South Recommended list.

We’re thrilled to have her. Check out the full roster of incredibly talented chefs and craft cocktail specialists joining us this year!
