Just finished my final video about the 2026 CMAS World Championship Underwater Photography and Video in Pemuteran, Bali, and thought I would share a photo of my completed timeline here with you.

It was a rather long edit, but I think well worth the effort. The recap will be shown tonight as an opener to the Award Ceremony, where all the photos and videos of the contestants will be presented and the new world champions crowned.

Can’t wait to see it on the big screen tonight.

PS: don’t worry, I’ll share the whole recap video with you tomorrow. A little more patience please. 😉

The 2026 CMAS World Championship in Underwater Photography and Video was officially opened yesterday.

Over the next 3 days teams from 17 countries will compete here in Pemuteran (Bali, Indonesia) for the title of world champion in Underwater Photography and Video.

We’re off to a great start and I can’t wait to see the teams in action and the results they will be presenting at the end.

Happy and honored to be here, capturing this event in all its essence and beauty. 🙏🥰

2 dives are already in the books after my early arrival here in Bali yesterday morning. 2 dives with a ton to see and capture. 😁

Here are a few quick videos of some encounters I had on those two dives. Just to make you jealous in case you’re not here. 😜

Two more days of “fun diving” before the 2026 CMAS World Championship in Underwater Photography and Video will officially be opened.
