Before the dive, everyone has their own little ritual.

For some, it’s a lucky charm. For others, a routine they wouldn’t skip. We asked Catharina, Pedro, Sebastian, and Andreas about what they do before heading underwater.

Some of their answers might surprise you.

Watch till the end to find out.

Two weeks here in Bali have passed way too quickly and way too slow at the same time. Let me know explain…

I would have loved to stay longer on this beautiful island and with the amazing people I was fortunate enough to spend this time with here (you know who you are 😉).

During the recent 2026 CMAS World Championship in Underwater Photo and Video old friendships were taken care of and new ones were formed. I love spending time with this “family”! 🥰

But at the same time I have missed my little family so very much every single day I have been away from them 😢 and I can’t wait to finally see them again tomorrow and take them in my arms. 😍

So I’m leaving Bali today with a smiling and a crying eye. So long Bali. You have been amazing, like always! 🥰

And thanks to @divevolk for making my journey home much more comfortable with their great inflatable neck pillow. 🙏😴😉

Just finished my final video about the 2026 CMAS World Championship Underwater Photography and Video in Pemuteran, Bali, and thought I would share a photo of my completed timeline here with you.

It was a rather long edit, but I think well worth the effort. The recap will be shown tonight as an opener to the Award Ceremony, where all the photos and videos of the contestants will be presented and the new world champions crowned.

Can’t wait to see it on the big screen tonight.

PS: don’t worry, I’ll share the whole recap video with you tomorrow. A little more patience please. 😉

2 dives are already in the books after my early arrival here in Bali yesterday morning. 2 dives with a ton to see and capture. 😁

Here are a few quick videos of some encounters I had on those two dives. Just to make you jealous in case you’re not here. 😜

Two more days of “fun diving” before the 2026 CMAS World Championship in Underwater Photography and Video will officially be opened.

Can’t wait to document all the action happening here at @karang_divers_bali over the next week for @cmasorg .
