Back to our favourite @303bcn with a very special guest 💎

@oliver.rf5 is the creative force behind the @bizarre.trax and @_felon5 projects. His infectious and feel-good energy in the
booth and studio have seen him gain some well
deserved love in times of late, delivering mixes on
the likes of Berlin based outfits Pager Records
and Childhood Intelligence, and Drum Syrup. 🥞

Warming things up our own @pekkuliar will be setting the tone for a night we are super excited to host 🫰

@pekkuliar is the co-founder of the @kommunabcn label & event series including the rapidly growing @nestmicrofest project in Barcelona.

Drawing inspiration from the UK & French scenes, pekkuliar explores the deeper corners of house, electro & 90s rarities. He has played at renowned clubs including Club der Visionaere, Closer & Ministerium, as well as festivals such as Château Perché & Le Chant des Oiseaux.

Always balancing the obscure with the sensual, his sets are deep, playful & as you would expect... just a little bit peculiar.

Catch him on Friday 21st Aug for a night you won’t soon forget 💜 by @pekkuliar

As NEST draws near, meet some of the crew behind the curtain 💜
→ @cmykitsme @mar_cosm @heatherj435 @pekkuliar @noisy.audio @talesofshrimp

When they’re not spending countless hours bringing NEST to life throughout the year, you’ll find them obsessing over music in one way or another — producing, running labels, throwing parties, collecting records, or searching for the soundtrack of this year’s edition. 😉

Diverse in characters, ideas and styles, the team delves into everything from downtempo selections to the different shades of house and dance music.

We’re excited to share another piece of the NEST story with you. Let’s make it one for the books! 💜 by @pekkuliar

𝗣𝗢𝗗𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝟭𝟯: 𝗽𝗲𝗸𝗸𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿 🌊🌊

Mood Waves Podcast 013 comes courtesy of Pekkuliar, one of the faces behind the Kommuna and NEST microfest projects based in Barcelona.

This podcast stays true to its name, drifting through the quirky, the glitched, the emotional and the beautifully strange.

For the odd ones, the overthinkers, the romantics and the eternally peculiar ones.
