Been a lot of miles with the 4 runner lately. Seems like it gets new sun spots with every change of the season. More adventures with this guy soon as the snow ❄️ comes 😄 #4runner #3rdgen4runner #toyota #toyota4runner by @pengofaster
been dailying the miata in and out of the city for the past few weeks. Pro: really fun & fast to zip around on 280 & Hwy 17.. which still getting +29mpgs 😁 Con: my back hurts (these seat suck and are even worse with the rollbar limiting how far it can recline).. and of course cargo space 🤓 Being back in a soft top, it’s interesting to jump in the car at 8am when it’s 50 degrees and frost outside. Fall is here, long live summer ☀️ #miata #MX5 #NDmiata #ND3miata #mazdamotorsports by @pengofaster
So a yellow S2000 & a white ND miata walk into a bar..(or park next to each other at skid pad #miata #NDmiata #mazda #s2000 #honda by @pengofaster
Did the induction mod & teleported to 2,000 miles on the odo in 3 weeks 😎 #miata #NDmiata #ND3miata #MX5 #mazda by @pengofaster
ND3 ownership has not disappointed, things have been pretty bliss over these last few weeks… so thankful to be back behind the wheel of something with 3 pedals. Dialing the car in here & there.. itching to get back onto the track, hoping to put some team time in before winter rolls along 😁 #miata #ND3miata #MX5 #mazda #mazdamiata by @pengofaster
Well, the cat is out of the bag! Decided to support @mazdausa, one of the few OEMs left making purpose built drivers cars by buying a brand new ND3 Club! Longer form thoughts / overview of the car are posted on my YouTube channel linked in bio (@ pengofaster) The recipe from the s2000 is still the same: improve handling, max out driver mod and do a bunch of road trips, track days, and everything in between! Let the dial in process commence 🗿 #NDmiata #miata #mazda #mazdamiata #MX5 by @pengofaster
Update on the s2000: on July 4th after the track day at Sonoma, someone very selfishly decided to run a red light halfway through its duration as we were turning into our home. In order to avoid a head on collision we had to swerve out of the way and in doing so hit a signal pole which tore the frame and underbody up pretty badly. After a grueling month long liability fight, traffic camera footage, police reports and tons of back and forth, the other driver was rightfully found at fault for causing the accident even though there was no car to car contact. My s2000 I only got 8 months ago is gone. Not exactly sure where to go from here but wanted to share some moments that didn’t make it to other posts. Glad to have shared memories and driving experiences with those who drove it. This was a one of a kind ownership experience, Honda was truly in a league of their own when they made this vehicle. As for what’s next.. staring at an empty garage. #hondas2000 #s2000 #s2ki by @pengofaster

Sooo…. Built miata or stock s2000? That was essentially my Roman Empire for the first few months of 2026 when I purchased my s2000 and had both cars Both cars did the same lap time around Thunderhill East under similar conditions with the same driver Miata was a 2:09.6 and the s2000 beat it with a 2:09.2 yet as we see in the video, both in two very different ways. The 2:09 in the miata set the ceiling for a really fast lap with no aero or power boosts, whereas the 2:09 in the s2000 sets the floor for the stock car. One has way more potential and the other is close to being maxed out So, what would you choose? NB Miata on XIDAs, RE71Rs, BBK, bucket seat & harness.. or an s2000 on lowering springs, brake pads & an alignment #s2000 #miata #trackday by @pengofaster
