⚠️ Something we learned on Sidewalk Sunday that we need our community to know: the shaded area near the bridge is now off limits. The city posts no trespassing signs all over, which means our unhoused neighbors can’t take shelter in that shade, even in extreme heat. This directly impacts their safety & we want this on people’s radar.

It was hard to leave our friends knowing our people were still out in the sun with one less place to cool off.

Every Sidewalk Sunday we are at the historic downtown Las Vegas area, 7am to noon. This work makes dreams come true. Connecting, showing up, doing outreach with the people who make Sidewalk Sundays what they are, fulfilling.

Heat illness is our biggest concern right now, so we focused on hydration & electrolyte support, healthy protein, & cooling measures like umbrellas, sunglasses, cool towels, frozen water, & wellness checks.

Some of the best parts of our Sundays aren’t medical at all. They’re just sitting in the shade with our friends, catching up, making sure everyone’s okay. We’ve built real connections out here & it shows every week.

We need supplies right now, especially hydration & electrolyte items, protein like canned beans and drinks, & cooling gear like the ones listed above. If you’re able to help, please reach out.

Here is our sweet and simple Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) process:
• We join you in the comforts of your home.
• We evaluate you and make sure PRP is right for you.
• Then we draw a small sample of blood while making great conversation.
• We then spin your blood within your presence for 15 mins.
• Following that we take your platelet-rich plasma from your blood sample and prepare it for injection.
• We use a numbing spray to help ease any discomfort.
• We inject your healing properties and Voilà
The process is complete. We are by your side every step of the way.

PRP for Osteoarthritis is both very effective and safe for treatment.

A great alternative to surgery, PRP injections improve joint function and decrease joint pain.

Common areas we treat with PRP injections include:
Knee, shoulder, neck, back, elbow
hands, feet, and along with many other joints where your pain may occur.

Releaf from pain with PRP typically lasts 6-9 months.

Today was a walk in the park! We were grateful to @cityofnlv for inviting us to join their event at Tonopah Park.

Community engagement events like these are so needed within our community. We connected with lots of people who didn’t know about many of the available resources & health education. We’re so happy to be part of it, bringing more awareness, education, & health screenings to our community.

We did over 35 health checks while we were out there & talked with many people interested in learning how to be a TPM Medic. Also saw a few friends from our Sunday outreach. We absolutely loved this event & hope to join more like it.

We want to share a giant, heartfelt thank you to the City of North Las Vegas & everybody we met there for all that you do in our community. & thank you again for inviting us & thinking of us! We’re ever so happy to be in this together.

Happy 3rd anniversary, beautiful Babs <333

Being with you made me remember
What it means to be connected to everything and attached to nothing.

Being with you has been the most fun adventure.
You make me so happy,
and you make me want to be the best version of myself.

You're everything I've ever wanted and I'm so grateful for this life with you. I love you so much ♾️

#3rdyearanniversary #333 by @peoples.np

Fall has always been my favorite time of the year, a season overflowing with celebration & love. This year, it holds something sacred, 3 years married to the woman of my dreams.

I adore every piece of what we’re creating together. We challenge each other to reach higher, to refine & to make things better, & that fire between us is one of my favorite things about our love. Always growing.

You give to others with everything you have & never ask for anything in return. Being who you are makes me want to do better, love more & build the life we want to see & live in together.

Your unconditional love is my strength. It makes me brave. With you beside me, we can do anything, & I can’t wait to see what we create next.

Happy 3 years, my love, of working hard but playing even harder!

It's been our distinct privilege to join @punx4change for their Volume 10 community outreach, alongside @usvetslv & so many other amazing organizations/people. Thank you to R&R Foundation for holding space for our community.

It was one of our busiest events yet, & extremely needed in our community. We saw 22 community friends & neighbors who were in need of our care.

So many of our neighbors are carrying healthcare needs that have been swept under the rug, whether by gaps in providers, barriers to access, or just falling through the cracks of a system that was never built to catch them. Being right there to meet them, connect with them, & give care that may seem simple now could prevent so much more down the road.

It was an honor to see the compassion & collaboration it took from everyone, wanting to build a deeper connection with our community friends. Working alongside such an amazing group with killer tunes made this work feel so incredibly easy.

What does it take to really connect with someone? Just a moment. But before our community outreach starts, we take time to show up open-minded & check our biases at the gate. Then we take any chance we get to be fully present with someone, & it can make all the difference. Those moments mean everything, & they’re why we do this work every week.

We want to be there for our neighbors, & with them, as part of a hard-working, inspiring community that genuinely cares about each other. Creating a safe community space for everybody to connect has been such an adventure. We are so inspired by the community that has joined us to help build it, representing equality at its finest. Working together has been an honor & a gift for all of us.

We’ll keep taking these moments, as many as we can, side by side with our community at “The Lot.”

Narcan at Night with @shine_a_lightlv & @mobilizerecovery & this event was deeply personal for us. One of our founders lost her sister to an overdose at a time when Narcan was not yet accessible to the public. That loss is just one of the reasons why we do this work, & Saturday night it walked with us through every block of Las Vegas. & TPM showed up together to support this amazing mission.

We hit the streets, stopped at bus stops, reached through fences, met people exactly where they were, & put Narcan in their hands. Just people taking care of people.

The fentanyl & opioid epidemic is not a headline to us. It is the community we love. Every kit we hand out is a real shot at another day for a real human being, & that will never get routine for us.

So grateful to be part of something this powerful with so many incredible individuals!
