… JUST SOLD! 🙌🏾🎉✨ Massive shoutout to @Jamesimon & @AnthonyBarillo for trusting me to lead this one 🙏🏾 That trust turned into results. Here’s what happened: It was priced aggressively. I hosted one open house. 30 people walked through the door. Multiple offers followed. We closed at $1,055,000 on a $999,999 list price. $55K over asking. In THIS market. Congrats to Rezashan and his client on a new home and a smooth escrow 👌🏾 If you have a property in Century City or anywhere in LA, and you’ve been sitting on the fence, this is YOUR sign: List It With JP! 🏡 DM me. Spent the weekend celebrating one of my FAVORITE HUMANS EVER!!! 🤩🏈✨⁣ ⁣ Clevan—aka Tank, aka OG Milk Dud Head—is now OFFICIALLY a Stanford Athletics HALL OF FAMER!!! 🥳🐐🍾⁣ ⁣ Tank was a stone-cold killa at safety for Stanford, a demon in the NFL, and one of the greatest coworkers ANYONE could ask for. But more importantly, he’s an outstanding human, an EPIC dad, and someone I truly look up to! 🥹⁣ ⁣ We joke and clown around nonstop, but I’ve learned some real life lessons from Tank—and it’s an absolute HONOR to be his Lil Bro Bro! 🙌🏾⁣ ⁣ CONGRATS @TANKWILLIAMS13 ON THIS MONUMENTAL ACHIEVEMENT!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾⁣ ⁣ (This man has been successful in EVERY endeavor he’s ever embarked upon! 🤯) ⁣ ⁣ P.S. HUGE S/O to Buff @eliuwilliams for being the most hospitable host and handling ALL the logistics! 🙏🏾⁣ ⁣ #HallOfFame #StanfordFootball #FootballLegend #BlackExcellence #GoCardinal taken in Stanford University by @percy_miracles
