To think that my only nephew Ma$e is finally a teenager is blowing my mind! I’m so blessed to watch you grow. You went from being the shyest little thing to the silliest, most determined, and always the sweetest person. It absolutely warms my heart. I love you, you crazy 13-year-old! Have an amazing birthday, thanks for always finding time to hang out with us! Go Wildcats!!!

Serious question… why was USC vs. San Jose State THIS empty? 😳🏈 I was not expecting this at the Coliseum. I thought I came to a football game, not a private event 😭🏈 Where was everybody?! #USC #USCFootball #SanJoseState #LAColiseum #CollegeFootball

… JUST SOLD! 🙌🏾🎉✨ Massive shoutout to @Jamesimon & @AnthonyBarillo for trusting me to lead this one 🙏🏾 That trust turned into results. Here’s what happened: It was priced aggressively. I hosted one open house. 30 people walked through the door. Multiple offers followed. We closed at $1,055,000 on a $999,999 list price. $55K over asking. In THIS market. Congrats to Rezashan and his client on a new home and a smooth escrow 👌🏾 If you have a property in Century City or anywhere in LA, and you’ve been sitting on the fence, this is YOUR sign: List It With JP! 🏡 DM me.
