Senator Rand Pauls bill that restores liability to vaccine manufacturers. The GRACE Act removes federal funding from those who deny religious liberty.
Many Congressional offices were not aware of either health freedom bills and were unaware of the 1986 Act that removed liability 40 years ago from the vaccine manufacturers. They said it has great impact when everyone calls, emails, and reaches out for meetings. So with that in mind, here are 4 calls to action for impact! Use our easy action links to send a letter. Then, call your Congressman and request a meeting:

1. Express your support for Senator Rand Paul’s bill to end the vaccine carve out. HR4668
2. Express your support for the GRACE Act HR5075 the Guaranteeing Religious Accommodation in Childhood Education Act.
3. Express your support for Thomas Massie’s bill to keep liability in place for chemical companies. HR 7601
4. Send your opposition on the sections in the Farm Bill which are dangerous to our water supply, shielding chemical companies with de facto immunity shield, and infringe on state rights.

California #VETO Updates!!
The #wins and #losses
#Newsom vetoes this online hate speech bill! Which means #WeWon the battle against #SB771 which would have impacted #FreedomOfSpeech
Newsom cowardly signed into law #AB932 which allows boys to compete against girls in sports. To sum this up, community youth athletics programs that rent out school or recreation facilities must allow biological boys in locker rooms and bathrooms. It also allows for civil lawsuits as well on this issue.
Unfortunately, #AB495 was signed into law, which allows a “relative” 5 times removed to become the caregiver of a minor by signing an affidavit form (no id, no background check) and make health, school, and all decisions for the child without the parent’s knowledge or consent.

#SB59 was signed into law which hides and seals court records that change of name or gender and s*x identifier for all ages and criminalizes telling the truth.

Newsom signed into law #AB1084 which allows the change of name and gender and s*x identifier on birth certificates without parents’ consent.

FIRST RESPONDERS: TELL THEM YOURSELF: Now the federal government has opened a public comment period on how those recommendations are made, and one of its own questions asks what mandates did to public trust. They asked. So answer them. File your own comment, in your own words. we did not realize that one of Charlie Kirk’s final special events of this kind would be PERK’s 5th-year celebration gala, the Legacy of Freedom event held in #NewYork, where he served as our keynote speaker. It took place the evening before his guest appearance on Fox & Friends and remains a lively, heartfelt, and unforgettable night, with a packed room at the Westchester Trump Golf Club. #CharlieKirk was supportive of PERK and our work defending parental rights, protecting children, opposing vaccine mandates, and standing firmly for health freedom.

Two Bills On The Governor’s Desk, Protect Our Kids and Protect Our Girls- Ask For A Veto!

VETO #1 Protect Our Kids

AB 2691: Elections, elective office, felony conviction (TAKE ACTION) Now: https://bit.ly/no-sex-offenders-on-school-boards

This bill would bar people convicted of certain sex offenses and human trafficking from holding state or local elective office, including school board seats. The version the Assembly passed 67–0 named six specific sex crimes. As it now reads, a person convicted of a non-forcible sex offense against a 14-17 year old, of an offense against a disabled victim unable to consent, or in some cases of first-time child molestation, could still sit on a school board.

The bill is on the Governor's desk. Ask him to veto it and send back the version the Assembly already passed unanimously.

VETO #2 Protect Our Girls

AB 2563: Sex discrimination (TAKE ACTION)

AB 2563 (Asm. Blanca Pacheco) rewrites how sex discrimination is defined across California law, including the Unruh Civil Rights Act and the Fair Employment and Housing Act. It requires every provision prohibiting sex discrimination to be read as covering discrimination based on actual or perceived characteristics, including a person's degree of conformity to sex or gender stereotypes.

Our concern is what the bill leaves out. California relies on sex-based distinctions to protect single-sex spaces such as girls' restrooms and locker rooms, domestic violence shelters and single-sex school athletics. Broadening the statutory definition of sex without preserving those distinctions puts them in question, and this bill fails to preserve them. Senator Brian Jones, who voted against it, said it "wipes out decades of protections for women and girls."

PART 3 KID SCREEN USE WARNINGS AND HARMS The majority of Kids are on screens 9-12 hours a day. What’s increasing? Anxiety, depression, body dysphoria, sleep disorders, headaches, eye deterioration, loneliness, lack of oxytocin critical bonding to people, and suicidal ideation. The epidemic of harm cannot be ignored.

Solutions: touch the grass, phones away at dinner and meals, go outside, replace the hours with non digital options, let kids be bored, and save their well being. Intervention is needed.
